I think there's enough variety in the human population for it to be possible under certain rare circumstances, with several mitigating conditions present (i.e. cuckold fetish, hooker fantasy, strict limits set, etc.). However, I agree that most of us who have strong romantic feelings for someone would prefer not to see them sexually involved with someone else. We might put ourselves through it, but we won't like it.
