You should not have said "oh okay." Should have been more "yes or no, I don't do maybe" or something along those lines. And if it's a "no," you say "oh well, that's too bad." You need to make clear your time is valuable and you're not gonna be waiting for her to make up her mind. She either commits or she's done.

Also, in dealing with rejection: remember when you were a kid and you scraped your knee and went crying to your dad? Remember what he said? "Man up and deal with it." The only thing that's changed is the kind of hurt that's put on you, but the solution is always the same - just pick yourself right back up and don't even think about it. She's not one in a million; she's one of a million.

You didn't build enough attraction. Most girls flake because what you're selling is not good enough for her to spend her "money" on. Make you're product irresistible and she'll empty her wallet.

If you're still keen, next time you see her sell yourself and hanging out better. Otherwise, learn from your lesson and next. Remember that social proof always makes you more attractive so if she sees you with other girls, your SMV will spike in her eyes.

If you think you did something wrong just because a girl flaked last minute you need to read more sidebar.

Think of it like phone sales. You don't pine, whine and cry when the potential customer hangs up on you. You call the next number on the list without hesitating or thinking about the hang up. IMHO you should act like nothing at all happened and ignore the flake. If she tries to talk to you adhere to the 2/3 rule. Don't ask her out again unless she apologizes and begs for another chance. Don't act like it is a big deal or any deal whatsoever.

The secret is to go for women who have been vetted by other men. Women who put out. The rest are just trying to get your attention for free.

Remove the word maybe from your list of acceptable responses to any question. Its not an answer, if you accept it, you've lost the game. If its qualified with things out of her control and something to the effect of "I'll let you know when I know" then its passable.

I think you should have asked her for her number instead. That way you wouldn't have left this up to her to call you. Just something small that could have also solved your mystery problem here...

You should have polarized her when she hit you with the maybe. Freeze her out until she says something, then tell her to delete your number and say you'll call/text her if you want to hang out again. Keep shit on your terms.
