Awesome post. These are rules to live by from the people who have experienced that wake-up call damn near everyone needs. This is what is written in fine print on the proverbial red pill (particularly numbers one and five). Here it is right in front of you subscribers who are searching. Wake up.

Lots of people say it is a hard pill to swallow. It took death to find what the red pill induces. Not so hard to swallow when you realize you can't wait around any longer. Right? Look at the number one regret. Read that shit again right now. Quit waiting. Have courage or regret not having it. That's why you're here isn't it, because you can feel it in your chest when you choose not to have courage? Because you can feel yourself waiting for something, though you don't know what it is your waiting for. That is in part regret. Don't stress. Forgive yourself.

Happiness is a choice. TRP is a universal mindset. I believe it is so much easier to swallow this way. Start at the basics then put into practice.

TRP is about making yourself a better person because you want to be a better person. If you are truly happy with who you are right now then you've already digested a large part of what TRP is all about.

At least, what it should be all about. This is the kind of post for which I have come to love TRP. I don't care for all the fighting feminism stuff. I want all subscribers to become Neo. Your own self defined Neo, because it is your perception that makes you Neo. It is your perception that is changed by the red pill. Am I wrong? Remember, there is no spoon.

At mid-40s, I've cleared each of these hurdles.

That means I'll have other regrets on my death bed, if I get one.

Minimize your regrets, fellas.

This list comes from those who've experienced it. Live life well and don't stumble over these regrets listed in the post. You'll have regrets anyway, just don't make them major ones.
