Meditated everymorning this week

Only ate homecooked

15 minutes of ashtanga yoga every morning

Cold showers every morning

So my morning Routine starts to shape up. I have been a mess the past 2 months. Still dont have the Balls to approach at daytime although i get lots of IOIs. I am good looking but until now most Girls i hooked up with were opening me, clubsluts or over Text

1) Started doing a To-Do list for the next day at the evening before. 2) Giving myself a mirror Peptalk in the mornining. 3) Cold approached a hb7 across from me on the train on my way home. Had a smooth entry, and was able to hold a solid nice/genuine conversation for 30 minutes. Did not go for the number close, since she is was living 600km apart from me (only visiting for christmas). Right after exiting the train i realized i should have gone for it nevertheless, even if it would just have been practice.. (right?) 4) Started to overcome rejection of another girl by talking to others .

I've been doing alright at taking cold showers and avoiding porn. I've been giving myself wed as a cheat day on these, but yesterday I was noticeably acting like a bitch so I should probably stop that. I've gotten to the gym 3 times per week for about 3 or 4 weeks now and yesterday benched 190 3x5 at 180lbs, 6'1. Diet is ok, I'm gaining weight at about the rate I want without any noticeable fat gains.

I could stand to make a big life change, but I have a well paying, stable job at the movement so it may make more sense to wait until I've paid down some debt before I do anything crazy... In the meantime I think I'm going to be spending some time up in the mountains

I almost had sex with a girl from my school. I guess forgetting her name was a big fail at the confort test. But she did promise me to become my plate after the holidays though. So I'm pretty happy.

I finished my exams. Didn't do great. That's not good. I'm finally starting to focus on the present, but that doesn't mean I must forget the end game.

At my grandparent's right now for christmas. I just realized that my grandfather is the biggest Alpha I know, in his own "nice hippy poet way". I have a lot to learn from him.

Then, I'll have two weeks of monk mode at my parents in order to prepare and start my first RP year.

2nd week of waking up at 6.30am every morning and to hit the gym 5x a week. Work from home so don't technically need to get up at any specific time but to me it's about doing what's difficult to build discipline rather than lazing in bed till 8am or later.

About the 5th week of no longer going to bars/clubs every weekend. Absolute waste of time, full of sausage and a few ugly women who think they victoria secret models. This point of my life I'd rather be rich and ripped than chase skanks and deal with hangovers.

Physically - upgraded to the treadmill from the elliptical for cardio workouts, took a dip in time length though as I go at a 8.5 minute / mile rate and just starting out so trying to get used to without eating shit for longer lengths of time, going to try to bump up another 1/4 mile each session until back to 30 minute sessions. Weight wise increased my arm/back workouts by another 10 pounds for each form, increasing the easiest workout each time by another weight where possible. Need to go for longer with all the family cooking recently that are too delicious cookies that I am limiting myself to 3 per day. Same weight as last week, hope it's more muscles than cookie fat I'm gaining.

Socially - went to multiple christmas parties in 1 night last weekend. Just felt more relaxed at each one with the thought of that I'm going to bail to the next one in 2 hours. Usually needed to a few drinks to feel that, but having to drive kept that from happening until the last party. Chalking the feeling up for a combination of (hopefully) me giving less a f*** and just listening without spending my time thinking of what to say, abundance mentality of multiple parties, just willing to be open with close friends at 2/3 of the parties and not worry about girls at them (most were wives or GF's of friends there). Goal for this week is just get in good spirits with family, while making plans for New Years.

Mentally - Still making progress on Rational Male, slackened a bit too much with devoting freetime (aka my weekend and 2 hours in evening) for interests, personally blame it on the all nighter party that's gotten my bio rhythm out of whack.

Fixed my sleep schedule. Been waking up at about 6:30-8:30 consistently now.

Today is day 11.

Also been approaching more and more people and talking and socializing at the gym. Practiced talking to a bunch of people. It's been especially good since we've had so many more people lately, kids back from college, guys back from the military on leave, so getting that extra practice and seeing my progress was pretty good. Am a lot more fluent with people.

Had a strong finish to the year financially. (I'm commission based)

Been hitting the gym hard and frequently.

I've been sticking to my workout even through my resistance to wake up early and to do them. I'm starting to notice that I feel like I've waisted the day if I don't workout. I'm also enjoying the sensation of muscle soreness. It's a sign of hard work. I've been using trello to organize my workouts. This has been a huge win for me as moving the cards from one pile to the done pile is sort of a psychological reward and it keeps me motivated. It also enables me to plan the weeks workouts day by day. I might use a similar strategy for meal planning.

My diet game has stepped up. Stayed in Keto the whole week even though my diet is meat heavy. I go for fatty meats. I haven't dropped wait in a week which was strange at first, but then I realized it may be due to all the muscle gain. I took my measurements and sure enough I've lost a inches in several places. Three in the chest and two in my waist. My legs are also bulking up real fast. Don't believe I've been this fit in over 7 years. Still overweight but I have no doubts I'll drop that real soon.

My social game has picked up a bit, but it was practically zero before so it can only go up. Mostly focusing on myself (read: monk mode) since I haven't in years but I've been able to chat up totally strangers easily. Not something I was able to do before.

Reading through the 48 laws. I did not expect to enjoy it as much as I have. All the historical examples are keeping me reading and I should be done by the end of the month. Then off to read another RP theory book.

I've been keeping a journal now for over a month. I wasn't sure about this at first but it has been a great help in reviewing the day and staying motivated. It gives me a moment at the end of the day to reflect on what I have accomplished and what I expect out of the next day.

Good:

-Started waking up at 4:30 and sleeping at 9:00.

-Did a shit ton of practice questions.

Bad:

-Really fucked up the term finals and have a really bad rank. I need to make up for it starting now.

-Have really lost ambition and have been lazing around being sad.

The road ahead is going to be much much tougher so I really need to buckle down and brace myself

Went to a party last night. Had a good time which was my main goal. I talked to a lot of people and made new friends. I would've liked to practice flirting with girls but I am still at that point where all I end up talking to them about is their major or where they're from; I definitely still need some work there.

Gym 3 days this week and have got my shit set up at home. Didn't work on the social aspect of my life, but I'm getting there, hopefully I have a party to go to on 31st. Didn't achieve my professional goals, didn't steer other partners towards desired results in the professional sphere. Also resumed my classical music training and lost frame in a family setting. I see increasingly why they're the hardest to maintain frame with and why I had a weak frame when I first went to college and still do.

No improvement. A girl pays me to do her programming project. I wanted to refuse her but she somehow persuaded me. I still can't say no to people.

Good: - Got to the gym 6 days a week, my current goal - Started to grow out my beard, but made a deal with myself to maintain a workout routine as a way to earn the beard - Ending a tendency to have an apologetic tone in interactions - Had a flirtatious interaction with an older attractive lady at a checkout line - Organized a camping event with my friends and led/hosted well - Gave blunt, no BS advice to a friend still hung up on a woman who rejected him, told him about TRP - Grooming/dressing well during Christmas gatherings

Bad: - Picked up McDonalds (first time in years) but not a habit I wanted to indulge - Haven't put myself in as many mixed company situations as I should - Didn't ask for the older woman in the checkout line's number
