No. She can never rise above her demotion. Here is what happened: you fucked up somewhere. You lost frame, acted beta, whatever. She lost respect for you. You will never get back to the same level of respect now that she sees you as a beta. By demoting her, you bring her back down to your level. She might be a good plate but she will never respect you enough to be a girlfriend. If you want a ltr, you have to start strong, and stay strong.

Judging by your edit, you have oneitis. If you actually become red pill, you'll never care to go back to her. By the time you could even pull that off you'll have better options.

Chances are, you demoted the girl for a good reason and that reason is still around.

If you're talking timeframes of a year or more, then you come back into her life and act like a man now... Anything could happen, she may start trying to get back into your good graces, acting like a complete angel for you.

If that's what she's doing, here's the question you may want to be asking yourself: "what exactly do I gain by again promising exclusivity to this broad as opposed to just keeping her permanently hopeful?". Since you're more RP by then and you know very well that once a woman gets what she wants, the angel show is over.

Did you read the follow up? She can never recover UNLESS she goes through great lengths to bridge the divide by investing in you.

Ie in the form of gifts, cooks for you, sex, her time, she buys you lunches, she pays for your expenses. All whilst you keep a neutral stance and actively seek other plates.

At some point, you have to acknowledge her efforts and reward her by promotion. That's how the girl can recover.

Personally, I've never seen a girl invest time once she's made up her mind. I slowly let her drift away.

When you're BP, you don't do much demoting. Chances are she demoted you, or at the least played a notable part in the degradation of your mutual relationship. Once you establish an "image" in her mind, its hard to change that. For example, once a girl imprints you as a "nice guy" in her mind, you can't just become "suave alpha" even if you did become that way. Image, social proof and precedence play heavy factors in a girl's mind. That's why everyone says to get physical on the first date (anything from a hug, a kiss, to bedding her), because if you don't you become akin to a "friend" and its near-improbable to get out of the friendzone. IMO, its better just to move on from whatever relationship you two had. Even if you could win her over, there's no point. There's an AF/BB saying that goes "if she wouldn't give you her best 10 years, don't take her worst 30 yrs". Alternatively, my point is she already rejected "you" (even if it was a shittier version of you) so to get back with her would be rewarding bad behavior, it would be oneitis really. If/when you become Alpha, its time to take that gift to new women out there.
