Of course for a man. But a woman can fully accept and embrace it. She can have many wild, no strings attached adventures on her way to find herself. And when she comes ready to marry, drop everything and marry her. Don't ever question her past adventures, she matured, chose you and be glad she did. Don't ever question your sex life with her, with those guys it was different, be glad you're getting any. And even if you don't have any sex, sex isn't important, only love, devotion and commitment are. You have something special, grow up dammit! And if she ever cheats, it doesn't mean she doesn't love you or isn't commited to you. That was just a temporary lapse in judgement that meant nothing. And if she gets pregnant, so what? Other guy only passed his genes, you will shower this kid with love and resources and it will be yours. And never, ever bring her past indiscretions against her. Grunting is for meathead gym chodes who wear low cut tanktops. It isn't necessary, you can lift those 183 plates without it.

If your wife won't have sex with you that is your fault. Obviously you are not supplicating enough and you need to double down on the chores. Make sure the dishes are sparkling and the floors are freshly waxed. Perhaps you have not spent enough time listening to her. Encourage her to identify her problems with you and talk about them all the time. Also, do NOT lift, get in shape, or learn how to approach other women or even have a conversation with one unless she speaks to you first. You are married and no longer need any of that!
