In context of one's own relation that's fine. If other involved parties disagree they are free to leave anytime.

> if you had developed romantic feelings for a girl who you later realize has been faking romantic interest just to sleep with you and has no intention of dating you, would you be hurt? Doesn't this question answer itself honestly? > Would you ever be offended or disgusted by “fuckgirl behavior” of girls who only ser guys as sexual objects and nothing else? If I'm not involved in situation - not at all. Not my business.

Red pill doesn't fear monger anything. It's people's choice to react to newfound knowledge with fear. Not everyone makes that choice either.

She can want whatever she wants. Doesn't mean she's going to get it. It's not your problem though, unless you are the woman in question.

Red Pill doesn't create anything out of anyone. Everyone is in control of their reactions and chooses what to do about newfound knowledge.

Yes, TRP has taught me to respect women. TBH I respect women in the same way I respect rattlesnakes, which is knowing they can be dangerous for me, so keep healthy distance, as engaging can only end badly.

They are disgusted by sexuality of like 80-90% of males, or should I say, anyone they are not attracted to. For whoever they deem "hot", obviously not the case.

Rejections like above make you end up realizing those women are garbage and you shouldn't care about them being rude to you. Remember, we're not talking about simple "No, thanks" here.

I'm not interested in being a beta bux, so I'd decline (unless she's looking for some practice in the meantime to eventually entice the beta bux more effectively I suppose), but not gonna stop her from pursuing what she wants...

Looks still wane whether you used them to get by or not. Having other qualities will make your life better in many ways, but won't affect sexual/LTR prospects dwindling regardless. You don't go from 100 to 0 overnight, but prospects go down and down as times goes on.

LOL. The whole thing about "no extinction" was in the first comment. But whatever floats your boat I guess.

The talk was about Chads. Analogy for Chad would be someone rich/well-off. People who aren't rich/well-off aren't all broke, just like not all non-Chads are incels.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/08/18 06:59 PM
1

By that reason, a Chad is any man who has ever had sex. If you use going extinct as a metric, it would be the one who produced offspring. And Western men will go extinct in a few generations given their sub-replacement rate reproductive success, as opposed to ones from developing countries. At any rate, so called "deadbeat dad" who has several children by different mothers, clearly is enormously successful in sexual regard. If you want to go to extremes, most successful one would be Genghis Khan…

someone already having casual sex, being in happy relationships, enjoying their romantic life Sounds like textbook Chad. Do you think /r/fitness or /r/malefashionadvice are "redpillers" too? If they didn't know it beforehand and had to learn it, they got redpilled about the issues. That is what the term means.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/18 02:43 PM

Depends if "unattractive" is supposed to mean "borderline for consideration" or "straight up ugly".
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/18 09:23 AM

Why would someone already having casual sex, being in happy relationships, enjoying their romantic life feel the need to read TRP or describe this process as being "redpilled" or "awakened"? Why would someone with driving license feel the need go to course for getting a driving license? Are redpillers aware of tons of men, especially not on in this website are not pure beta doormats and do not need to be "redpilled" or call themselves a redpiller? It's called Chads. If that wasn't the case, who …

It doesn't tell you what exactly to do, it's a general idea on how your chances look like. And tbh I had situations in the entire range from 1 to 6 without altering appearance significantly (in the clubs that is).

TRP defines what AWALT is in the first place. Detractors can and do straw man into whatever definition fits their agenda at given moment.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/08/18 08:28 PM

Except it's not the reason for TRP criticism. I'm pretty sure there are evo psych believers who bash TRP regardless.

2

How do you know? You don't monitor every person's behavior to be able to draw such conclusion, do you?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/08/18 08:25 PM
1

TRP does not concern itself with behavior of other men in the context of romantic/sexual relationship, since it consists of heterosexual men. So whether or not such behavior applies to all men is inconsequential in the context.

Pence officially stated his rule to not meet with any women in private without additional supervision/surveillance, I think most males in workforce would be smart to implement it. If you think that's an overreaction, remember that in France approaching a woman and asking for her phone number is now a crime.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/08/18 01:55 PM

all of them easily could. Do you realize you just confirmed AWALT?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/08/18 01:02 PM

Are you trying to tell me there are women completely incapable of lying/cheating? If so, don't bother.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/08/18 01:00 PM

They don't like the tone like "AWALT", "Women are children", "Cock carousel", "Women lie and cheat too", to the point they will dismiss any advice like "lift", "dress better", "take care of hygiene", because it can be gotten somewhere else. It's like hearing someone say 2+2=4 then disagreeing with them just because you don't like them.

Yes, and abuse the privileges I get to the fullest extent, ride CC as hard as I can, then snatch a beta provider, and probably cheat on him still, all while playing a perpetual victim. Doesn't matter I'd be weaker physically if I could manipulate others to get away with stuff I otherwise couldn't.

I am not sure, what is classifying something as a "social construct" supposed to achieve anymore. Even if we assume that, progressive ideology doesn't seem to follow from that in any shape or form, leaving its postulates as dogmas. Then again, progressive ideology was always at odds with logic.

/r/PurplePillDebate08/08/18 08:35 AM

Theoretically. Practically - none that I know of. Every single couple sells themselves as oh so happy and in love, but if you actually get to spend significant amount of time around them, cracks in the perfect image begin to show.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/18 09:22 AM
1

What do you mean "saved"? They get to have their "share" of sex and they usually find a guy to settle down with. If that guy turns out to be unsatisfactory in whatever metric they deem relevant, they divorce/cheat on him. If he is satisfactory, they might cheat anyway, because why not? She was horny and guy was there. Sounds pretty awesome for them, less for the husbands.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/18 09:00 AM
1

No, it means that a guy will be happy about sex with an attractive woman regardless of her technique, as he will get off anyway. And getting off then translates to "being good (enough) at sex" with technique only being a bonus, not a prerequisite. If a guy is happy about having sex with an attractive woman, it's pretty hard to stretch it to her being "bad at sex", even if she laid there and did nothing besides letting him get in.

Toxic masculinity exists and for person with enough bad faith it means "Everything done by this guy I don't like".
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/18 08:18 AM

TRP is describing society and how human behave as they are, not how any single poster wants it to be, since wishful thinking may differ from person to person. So you won't get one answer of "RP vision of perfect society where everyone behaves one way or the other", since it doesn't exist and basically contradicts the whole idea of TRP.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/18 08:00 AM

Why do you care about her imperative? She's the one under its influence and she'll do what she thinks is needed. Not like you can do anything to the contrary without keeping her locked from suitors some years later (which I presume you won't do).
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/18 07:58 AM
1

Every woman CAN cheat\lie\branch swing, yes? Is it possible to find one physically incapable of doing any of that? Don't think so. Will all of them cheat or branch swing in their lives? Perhaps not. So AWALT. Just like AMALT - are all men physically capable of raping a woman? Pretty much. Will all men rape some woman in their lives? Nope.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/18 07:55 AM

If you get away with having a partner you weren't expected to have, you should be happy. And nobody likes being rejected. So what is the actual question? Why people don't like being rejected? Or why people prefer having more attractive partners?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/18 07:47 AM
4

> How do I explain the situation without making her think it's good/normal/okay to be a plate to a guy? Why wouldn't it be? When your sister becomes eligible for sexual encounters she might decide she only wants to be plate for various guys and not a wife for one. Her own decision, so I don't see the problem.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/18 07:43 AM
1

No? I mean, I give way less of a crap about being rejected then I did while younger. When you grow up, you realize that someone who spoke with you for ~10 seconds still doesn't know who you are, so why should you care about their opinion? Especially if inflammatory one?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/08/18 05:05 PM

TRP is amoral. That doesn't mean you are not allowed to have your own morality to follow in your life, what you don't get to do is imposing it on others.

Beta males with little to no alpha traits are undesirable sexually, yes. Beta males are "desirable" as providers, regardless of alpha traits, but this is not what many men want. Imagine a girl in an LTR with full on beta provider dude. She doesn't want to leave him, so he's "desirable" in a way. But she cheats on him repeatedly with various alphas, so his "desirable in a way" doesn't matter to many. > I would love to be with a girl who is confident and be comfortable taking lead in a relationshi…

Women can't be bad at sex for most men, if they are attractive enough and consent. If one of those isn't met, no sex happens anyways (assuming criminal situations are besides the point here). More often that I know of it happens, because woman in question is pretty insufferable, but still attractive enough. Or a guy never wanted LTR anyways.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/08/18 01:26 PM

SMV is how desired you are on the market. You can't blindly assume you are SMV 6/8/10 just because you look in the mirror and think you look good. You have to go out and attract someone to back it up. If you fail repeatedly, your SMV isn't as high as you probably think. So yeah, SMV isn't even close to being egalitarian among sexes.

Traits related to being a provider, financial or emotional support related. Women like them, but not in a sexual way. If you want to be seen as sexual being, you probably need to ignore them in favor in alpha traits (physical appearance, dominance, etc) Emotional support maybe, financial not so much.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/08/18 12:13 PM

It is useless if parties disagree on how they see it. Like e.g., woman thinks she was loyal because she might have screwed another guy last night, but "she was thinking about her bf the whole time", so she didn't really cheat. What good does that sort of "loyalty" brings to bf?

Assuming getting married is an ultimate reward for everybody. Do you not realize there are enough fuckboys around who embody typical "toxic masculinity" and actually get laid not in spite of it, but because of it? Take away their sexual aggressiveness and that'd no longer be the case - actually pursuing women pays off for them - who'd have thought?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/18 06:22 PM

Then most women would have to start rejecting typically masculine guys. That won't happen. Even if you consciously do that, there are millions out there who don't, so whether you did or not made no difference overall (especially when you took yourself out of market anyways).
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/18 05:06 AM

RMV standards are not a problem for most men as they achieve them by working hard, as they would have anyways. SMV standards can be out of reach for men (e.g., height) despite putting in enormous amoounts of work.

Institution of marriage is already skewed towards favoring women, n-counts or not, since it precludes polygamy for men, while not precluding hypergamy for women. All that n-count changes is teaching women that men are disposable (should they not know it anyways) which is not exactly conducive for lifetime commitment. Marriage in Western form sounds like it is pretty much unworkable to me.

Society needs betas to sacrifice themselves and make contributions. Being a free-rider alpha is awesome for the person doing it, but not everyone can do it and get away with it. For one, there wouldn't be much to free-ride on in that case.

Most promiscuous girls I've met/interacted with were average to somewhat above. Most attractive ones were fairly picky and didn't rack up numbers quite as fast. As for Chads, not all of them were pretty boys/chiseled hunks. Some looked a little odd/unique, but not straight up ugly.

IIRC honest TRP/PUA answers about success rate top out at ~10% or so. Singular field reports don't say anything about rate, since they are isolated incidents. Just putting things into perspective.

Women want sex and relationships. They want a good, sexy partner. And most guys who come to TRP are not that. So they try to become sexy as TRP tells them to. But women don't want a guy who "had to improve", instead they want guy who "just gets it". So they keep former in the dark, as latter is completely unaffected by such approach anyways.

You won't get far in the RP if you stay angry at women for being "evil". Next step is realizing your expectations were completely unrealistic to begin with and you need a paradigm shift in your relations with others.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/18 10:00 PM

If you're a guy, there is no such thing as RP marriage, at least not in the West, when divorce can screw you sideways. You play a losing game and it doesn't matter what sort of game you talk when push comes to shove. If you're a woman, going for marriage is already all the RP you need, as you know you benefit. Dunno about other cultures.

Some people want to have casual sex and don't care/don't want commitments. They are allowed to do so, they don't need to go to "relationship echo chambers" for change, and there are plenty around, even on Reddit.

For one thing having that expectation from society that you would be or act a certain way would be quite suffocating. That's not how it works. Women, who know this effect, act badly and get away with specifically because of that effect.

A collegemate. He was so nice and sweet in every possible situation, talked in a sweet manner to the point everyone around assumed he's either homo- or has an ulterior motive. Not particularly aimed at OP, but if a plate/gf becomes indifferent at best to you, just drop her full stop. IF YOU STOP AFTER SHE DECLINES, YOU ARE FINE. Wrong. There have been situations where a girl had fully consensual sex with a guy, but she had a bf/husband and he found out, so she retroactively framed that encounter as rape to avoid responsibility, with other guy getting accused.

Or you'd have to control for "institutionalized sexism" or whatever and see if gap shrinks. Except someone with preconceived notions could set requirements for what constitutes sexism in a way to get their preconceived conclusion regardless. And I’ve seen no proof that it’s something like “men work harder” or the like. Pretty sure work hours (as particular example) were controlled for and shrunk the result gap noticeably.

I was reading a long tweet thread by this girl who was saying if a guy “coerces” a girl into sex by constantly asking her that it is rape. If she didn't want to have sex in the beginning, I somehow don't think that would be very effective in making her want to do it. So it probably would be rape if he went for it anyways after such badgering.

Maybe if you control for even more variables it disappears completely? I don't think any controlled study claimed it was all it was ever possible to control for. Insulting part is when women try to sell it to betas that "being top option" is irrelevant and only thing that counts is their current relationship and "future together".
/r/TheRedPill29/06/18 09:53 PM
2

LMAO. claims that other person argues like a woman literally says one sentence over and over without backing it up with any sort of reasoning and saying backing it up is meaningless. That's actually worse than women. This is why much of mainstream mocks RP as you take everything what TRP says blindly without verifying or giving it any sort of examination or trying it out IRL. You are the one who needs luck with that attitude.

They don't want to fuck you because you have a nice face, they want to get fucked by you because you have a sculpted body. These are related, since fat also depositis in facial region. As you burn fat in general, your face will look different too.

Actually I did. And you showed you don't get it. And got offended over me pointing that out. How very redpill /s Not sure why is it so hard for you to grasp that if you try to negotiate desire, you are assuming position of weakness and it's why it never works. Since you don't think "fire is hot, it will burn you" is enough to keep people from putting their hand in the oven Wrong. What you do is equivalent of saying repeatedly "fire will burn you", never adding anything more.

If you struggle with grasping logic, it may be pointless. But it's actually pretty useful to understand, why it doesn't work instead of simply repeating it like a mantra.

Better yet: don't get married and entire issue will never exist. Plus no divorce rape to deal with. But if someone wants to get cucked, they're certainly free to do so. Just hope for the best. Personally I think it's a dumb risk to hope for the best, when you limited your exit options on your own volition, so better not to limit them in the first place. You say you don't own the wife? How about: you don't own anybody except yourself? If so, it shouldn't be a problem to let them go if they so des…

Correlation was shown. Causation was not. But latter is not relevant when you could just use former as heuristic.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/18 10:25 PM
2

Not really. There are cases where guy is whipped for sure, but calling it abusive would be a stretch to say the least. For instance my brother wants to watch funny stuff on Youtube, but wife constantly nags him, so he "works around" it by closing himself in the toilet for extended time to watch it on his smartphone without being nagged. Hardly the most dignified approach. And just about every married couple I've spent significant enough time around has shown such sort of behaviors.

Yes, that's how it should be. As it turns out, it's largely a pipe dream and most people need legal... "incentives" to stay in such situation.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/18 10:39 PM
1

See? You can't count on even closely related women to help you with what you want. You are absolutely on your own, unless you have solid male role models. And that's a crapshoot too.

Also, entitlement to someone else's property and perpetual self-victimization as means to avoid responsibility for one's actions. I think these two are self-evident when it comes to their relation to SMP/RMP. Radical leftists are also not anti-religious at all. Instead they have egalitarianism as their religion.

Then the number ends up being fake or she's more likely to flake on you. IMO numbers don't mean much. Whole point of taking them is that you want to communicate with said person. What makes you suddenly want to communicate when you could previously but chose not to? A tad incongruent, if you ask me.
/r/TheRedPill24/06/18 11:11 PM

The sign of reading too much TRP is when you'd rather read it a bit more instead of actually doing something relevant IRL. Humans are still primates, so it's not inaccurate to say we are a bit more evolved apes. NBD, it is what it is. And even some put "a bit more evolved" part into question.

By definition, only bisexuals can be non-sexist. Everyone else treats people of different sexes unequally, myself included, which can be considered discrimination of one sex in favor of the other. Whether it's a big deal - up to you. To me - not so much.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/18 09:37 PM

CMV: this double standard is fine, because there are double standards which favor women too. If we want this standard gone, we should also eliminate double standards favoring women.

I think it's better to skip relationships altogether, so you circumvent the issue completely.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/18 09:28 PM

Agreed. It's the best reproductive strategy for a guy, to the point states actively combat it with child support laws. Currently only low-class women are likely to not be aware of the state backing them up, so you could get away with that. Women above that fight back, so you likely won't pull it off.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/18 09:25 PM

It's liberal/far-left. But you conveniently ignored the latter part. I'm totally sure all those SJW camps and communist propaganda on campuses is absolutely spontaneous and professors had zero to do with that /s. Mainstream mourning death of Fidel Castro of all people and students thinking he's no worse than Trump also is spontaneous discovery of history by students I'm sure. I think the major whole in your argument is the fact that women are mostly valued for their appearance. that's not value, that's simple objectification. Maybe it isn't value to you. But to others it evidently is, if they spend effort/time/money pursuing women in question.

None of those are mandatory, if you marry a low self-esteem chump who worships the ground you walk on and cheat on him regularly. He won't leave you anyway. And such marriage would certainly "work" for woman in question.

Pretty sure those who actually check out, wouldn't be back just because hypergamy is destroyed - which will never happen BTW. “doing good things for you personally” love Are you assuming love is good for everyone?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/18 07:23 PM

“doing drugs” and “doing good things for you personally” are identical merely because they have the same chemicals driving the reward. Not sure where you got that from.

It is kind of hard to roast only one cheating party, when both are such and not out yourself out as hypocrite in the process - of course they will be roasting both here. How about (just from first page right now): https://iy.reddit.com/r/relationships/comments/8obyca/i_23_m_cant_decide_if_my_gf_19_f_of_5_months/ - guy getting roasted for considering breaking up with what he considers cheating gf. https://iy.reddit.com/r/relationships/comments/8os8of/i_28f_turned_my_last_2_ltrs_into_deadbedrooms/…

So you're saying they're not roasting a guy? You sound as the illiterate one here, pal: There's a special place in hell for you both. and In addition, you two are both cheaters. You will never have complete trust in each other, because you know he will cheat. and The dude ghosted his wife who has cancer, won't even give her the decency of divorce. I bet he has life insurance or some shit tied into it. All he is doing is using OP to runaway from his life, when its all said and done he'll trade he…

[removed] LOL But sure enough, they are roasting a guy for cheating. Never claimed they wouldn't. See woman cheating on a guy, and suddenly criticizing her is apparently slut shaming and "true love conquers all". I even remember one user by name for frequently spewing nonsense like that.

It's inaccurate tbh. Often they don't finish at all, or don't even start.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/18 10:45 PM

Never used anything illicit, but learning how they work made me devalue love as massive, well, red pill. Since love's chemical profile is so similar to chemical profile of high that can be induced by other psychoactive substances, if I don't really pursue those substances, why would it make sense to pursue love? Of course I'm fine with others using said substances, as long as they don't negatively affect others around them.

I pulled the following quote from the Blue Pill subreddit which I had investigated out of curiosity (to find most of their content consists of links to this sub and outright crying about it). BP sub dwellers are actually bigots who can't grasp the fact that someone may want different things in life than themselves. If they actually were anywhere near serious about women's well-being, they would cheer for TRP as providing solution to prevent guys from going incel and potentially turning violent. …

Women are just fine with being fetishized as long as they have something to gain by doing so, financially or sexually, and their reputation isn't threatened (aka it's kept on the down-low).
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/18 10:49 PM

Why do people assume commited LTR with emotional connection absolutely must be way to go for every other person in the world and there must be something wrong with doing otherwise?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/18 10:46 PM

BP part is that if roles were reversed, advice would absolutely condone hiding it. Been on that sub long enough to know that.

There is no bro code, if your "friends" are thirsty, they will screw you over for some female attention in the blink of an eye. You need guys with proper mentality to have anything resembling such code not falling apart under slight pressure.

Hence SMV is not really known until you actually put yourself on the market and see what willing buyers are like, if any.

I see a problem with that though. What if you meet a sane woman, who also happens be into ONS? You can't vet her in time, so you waste an opportunity using that approach.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/18 06:51 PM

By that logic you shouldn't have ONS period, because how do you vet properly someone you just met in one evening?

Guy who gets lots of hookups is Chad by definition. Guy who gets some hookups, but wishes he got more, is not where most TRPs want to be.

Commited relationships, monogamous or not, have no foundation whatsoever, as every aspect of them can be obtained by other means (hookups/prostitutes, platonic friends, housemaids, pets, depending on which aspect you have in mind)
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/18 09:17 PM

It's fine to pursue only hot women, if you are attractive enough yourself, have abundance mentality and don't expect the impossible/unrealistic from them.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/18 09:14 PM

Having sex with one person at the time is not terrible. I'd even say it's fine if you pick someone who knows what they're doing. Staying commited is where the problems arise.

But this is different than "actually being in EU", isn't it? These are separate treaties after all. These countries are not participating in main EU programs like structural funds nor do they adopt EU legislations not covered by those separate deals.

Feminism can't fight hypergamy. It's nature, just like needing to eat/sleep. What they actually do wrong is vilifying men while not proposing any constructive solutions for men in question, making them either double down on defiant approach or getting lost and potentially becoming violent incels.

False rape accusations are not exactly great for a guy, red pilled or not. Why a dichotomy in the first place? Can't you propose a "normal" country, where you have neither arranged marriages or feminist witch (rapist?) hunt? FTR, Chad guy would slay in "arranged marriage" kind of country too, he'd have to keep it on a down low though.

But this doesn't prove country benefited from EU membership. In fact this claim is unprovable, because you would have to have alternate timeline, where said country was NOT EU member, all other things being the same, and compare outcomes. For obvious reasons, you can't do that. For that reason, comparing to another country at the same time is not a valid method to draw definitive conclusions. You can just speculate, as linked above research, and link from 2 posts above does. But for the record, …

Sigh. Socialism means collectivized means of production. Capitalism means private ownership of means of production. So if anything, there is a mix of capitalism and statism.

It is questionable if they benefited in the first place. Most propaganda ends at simple balance: funds in, membership fees out, never accounting for additional bureaucratic overhead or costs of additional regulations that incurred loss on existing businesses or if usage of funds was even efficient. acting in exactly the way trp prescribes Impossible to verify without witnessing entire interaction. Though usually even vague descriptions of FR are enough to identify seemingly small mistakes that are actually rather major ones at the end of the day.

By your morality it may be wrong. TRP is inherently amoral though.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/18 09:45 PM

It may or may not be. Problem with that argument is it doesn't have to be. Science isn't be-all end-all explaining absolutely everything that happens. /r/PurplePillDebate29/05/18 09:41 PM

MGTOWs don't hook up with women and ideally avoid them as much as they can, while TRP devotes significant amount of effort into becoming as attractive to them as possible. That's a bit of contrast, isn't it?

The boyfriends in those shows are generally morons, but obviously they've had some success with women. Low intelligence doesn't mean you can't get laid. I said it already on RP sub, I'll say it again here: Dread game doesn't work when your partner is treating you well. It works when your relation is on a knife-edge, either making them reconsider and clean up their act, or dropping them, leaving the state of limbo either way.

It's not abuse if she considers you attractive.. Exact same action done by two different people can have very different reception. /r/PurplePillDebate27/05/18 09:53 PM

When a woman finds a 'better alpha' or 'beta chump', isn't she really just finding a guy who is more satisfying in bed? "Better alpha" would be sex based. "Beta chump" would be resource based, and "alpha sex" would theoretically still continue if woman could get away with it.

All people are dangerous if you treat them in a specific way - in this case let them think they can do anything to you and get away with it. And let's be real - there is an audience that needs to be told that explicitly. That audience tends to promptly go into anger phase afterwards.

It became really hard to defend theory that they don't, so next logical step for naysayers would be to pretend you believed this all along.

There is no "RP ideology". There is set of observations made from interacting with women and trying various approaches to various situations. And surprisingly what works in one situation may not work in another, but that doesn't mean it's wrong/flawed. For instance, dread doesn't work when someone is treating you well, but there are documented instances of it working when relation was on a knife-edge. Does it mean dread is incorrect strategy period?

So, what's going on here, why are the most alpha men in the world marrying these used-up "post wall" women? Or are these examples of Beta's not understanding their potential; like Trump? What's the age where a woman can't married to the most successful men in the world? It's almost like there's something more to it. Marrying NOT for sexual reasons is such a foreign concept?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/18 10:49 PM

It should not, as it generally works very poorly in that regard, just like drug-induced states do. Such states, depending on a specific substance, can be very similar chemically to infatuation afer all.

Don't be unpleasant to interact with in general.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/18 10:40 PM

Post wall women can still easily get laid by thirsty enough betas, so it's not the same, as most incels would not be touched with 10 foot pole by pretty much any woman in the world.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/18 10:38 PM

Then answer is the same, as most guys would probably be too complacent and lazy to improve their standing in any significant way.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/18 10:37 PM

Enough makeup and you can fool others for at least several extra years. Also, there is no fixed age for the wall, as women age at different rates anyways.

Oppression is a social construct, so why should it matter? Either they like what they do, in which case good for them, or not, in which case I expect they take steps to change their situation.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/18 10:30 PM

It doesn't have to actively make others worse for commitment, one can use promiscuity as a heuristic instead and filter out misbehaving ones with reasonable success rate.

None if we count out "close enough" to TRP. Politically correct mainstream would rip it apart. BP for dating absolutely exists. And is a reason RP was created, or rather gathered and compiled.

TRP assumes it’s the man’s fault if a female is unhappy in a relationship Inaccurate. TRP states a woman will eventually get unhappy, but a guy surely can speed that point up. TBP outright denies the possibility of men being unhappy in a relationship. Do they? As in, it's physically impossible, or it is possible, but a guy has to be shamed if that happens?

What's the problem? People are allowed to choose the lifestyle they want. RPs want to spin plates and reject "True Love(TM)". So what? And once you realize that, why bring up N count, when it was supposed to be used as vetting for LTRs, which were already rejected anyways?

The reality is that women are acting without concern of men, acting without motive either way. You think that changed? That was the case all along. You're missing that those men whined before, just offline, so you wouldn't see it. Unfortunately, women have the upper hand as they're sex drive is low enough to pass up opportunities from men who'd rather not keep up. Women's sex drives are not inferior, provided guy is attractive enough.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/18 10:31 PM
1

It's dumb to do that, because saying you want an LTR can open you to more stricter vetting and delaying sexual gratification because "relationship should be more than just sex". So no thanks, morality aside.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/18 10:29 PM

Anyone is/should be allowed to stop associating with anyone else at any point. But better not to be rude while doing it, unless other person earned it.

Because "marriage 1.0" was deemed too patriarchal and they swing the other way now. France is actually example of "marriage 2.0". If you are a guy, you are not a free person, you have no say in how to live your life once you sign the papers. Better keep paying for kid that may not even be yours or go to jail.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/18 10:25 PM
1

Maybe because people in general don't do quite as much for things they don't need vs for those they do? Second, paying for sex is illegal in many parts of the world. Except this is what many completely legal relationships essentially are. And explicit sugar babies still exist even where prostitution is theoretically criminalized... BTW look what I just found. Such hate from endorsed contributor...
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/18 08:03 PM

So dear red pillers, why, instead of hard nexting such girls, do you not try to do something benevolent and teach some of these girls patiently about their mistakes? It will fall on deaf ears. /r/PurplePillDebate09/05/18 10:38 PM

men who are either offended by going dutch How it would be relevant to there being any issue at all? Why would this thread exist if there were no issue for anyone? If someone doesn't mind being a "foodie", what exactly is the problem? You are victimin blaming. If woman didn't want to have sex with someone, she was unwilling by definition. If it legally counts as rape, depends on consent laws. Though good luck making consent laws that will allow that to count as rape and not be subject to abuse (…
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/18 08:41 AM

Then just below: Shouldn't there be a bigger conversation among men about the men who are either offended by going dutch, or who are too scared to ask to go dutch for fear they'll be rejected? Doesn't sound like "willing participant" to me. And the conclusion of "stop tolerating bad behavior" doesn't suit that either.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/18 06:43 AM
1

Now I'm not saying that men "should" do this but if a particular man has no qualms about being a foodie call than why shouldn't he? The premise of the thread is that being a "foodie" an issue for men in question, not sth they want. If they did, thread wouldn't apply, as they wouldn't even complain about it in the first place.

It's not the matter of specific piece of advice. It's the matter of listener having enough bad faith to interpret it as offensive anyways.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/18 11:02 PM

Doesn't seem like those guys gain much (if at all) in the first place though... And if you want true collectivism, why not abolish dating altogether and equally redistribute sex, like some incels want? No more private relationships!
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/18 10:55 PM

DUH!!! But those who this should be addressed to won't listen anyway. Or they will agree here, but next time such woman even looks at them, they will melt anyway.

You can't cheat if you are never commited in the first place. One more reason to not bother, man or woman, doesn't matter.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/18 10:49 PM

Again, not necessary for survival. Plus, you can always pay an escort anyways. Compared to traditional dating it often is actually cheaper to do so. And they would spend less time dealing with those pesky women they hate so much.

/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/18 11:26 PM

Dunno about MGTOW, but if TRPs hated women so much, why would they devote so much time to interact more efficiently with them? Wouldn't it be easier to just sit in the corner and whine/spew hate?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/18 11:17 PM
1

Depends on how you look. If you are a fat slob, you better have some serious dough. If you are in decent shape and put yourself out there, not too hard tbh.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/18 11:07 PM
1

My logic is that love is overrated. Feel good effects can be replicated using psychoactive substances, while commitment can be invalidated anytime someone more attractive comes along. FTR, I consider all the girls I banged attractive (no shit), though none of them were supermodels. The more "worked up" they got, the better it was. Though it happens when it's convenient for it to happen - hence logistics are actually crucial part of the experience.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/18 11:03 PM

You probably only imagine attractive women doing the raping. That's rather unwarranted assumption.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/18 10:58 PM

Bachelorette parties with strippers gone wild?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/18 10:00 PM

Commitment is a fool's game. It can be invalidated at any given moment and if it happens while married (woman met someone more attractive and wants a divorce), you'd likely be severely financially punished, potentially without any explicit wrongdoing on your side. And that happening or not is outside of your control, so why should one play in the first place?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/18 09:56 PM

Humor isn't relevant IME. You can easily get laid without it and if anything, actively trying to make other person laugh is a detriment.

So how you determine who is in your league and who isn't?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/18 08:53 AM

By the same logic I must not see men as people either, since by default "leagues" would apply to both. Or is your definition of "leagues" supposed to only apply to women and not men? Seems that you reached the ad absurdum point and would do well to start from scratch with your counterarguments.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/18 09:11 PM
1

That's purely theoretical semantics with no relation to reality. If you think otherwise, abolish taxes completely and see for how long gov't stays afloat. Not for long I'm sure (many struggle even with them), and it wouldn't matter if you'd call that "lack of funding" or "lack of recouping".
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/18 07:15 PM

RPs don't want conventional dating period. Chads tend to not need that. And if you look for plates, career minded women tend to be less clingy and more independent, which would be a benefit in that context. I think you meant tradcons.

/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/18 06:07 PM

I bet they would still whine about not being able to have sex for free, while Chads do.

I was into PUA before TRP, so you probably wouldn't be satisfied with an answer anyways. But if you count that too that'd be about 2 years from kissless virgin status and starting to read about it at all to getting intimate with a girl I wanted at the time (not the same one through all that time).

That's not what I'm saying. I laid out my definition of toxic masculinity, and I do not think it encompasses all of masculinity. If someone here holds the belief that all of masculinity is toxic, you can argue with them about it. But I am not presenting that stance, and I want to discuss toxic masculinity as I see it. Toxic masculinity is about harming yourself or others in an attempt to fit male gender norms. Masculinity is defined to be a gender norm. Ergo all masculinity is toxic according to…

A lot of red pill men believe that attractive women should settle down young with less attractive nerdy guys. Actually TRP promotes the idea of plating, which is opposite of settling down. The idea is that these men will become high value with age They won't if they don't invest in their appearance/career. It has been said on TRP repeatedly, not sure what you are trying to disagree with then. I think it's unfair that men want to punish women for not investing in potential when they themselves wo…

Other guys being cucked? Good. That shows how pathetic competition is. They get advice if they come and ask how to get out of that mess, but if they choose to get stuck in it, good for me. They lower the bar after all.

Who said it isn't? You can ask, other person can refuse a honest answer. Then you do what you want to with it. Personally I'd treat being asked for bank account as an insult, as it'd mean I'm stuck in a provider frame and not in a lover frame.

Harmful for whom? For themselves - obviously not as they can choose whoever you want. For men who are not chosen - obviously. But I doubt women in question care.

I'd blame everything that led to decreased T-levels in numales instead. As such these numales are too feeble to fuck wives/gfs good and women need some actual man to do it instead. Feminism only saw the opportunity and shoved it down those numales' throats knowing they wouldn't fight back. If not for it, women would push it on their own on fragile numales without any organized movement backing them up.

A "cope" is a lie which is believed in because it is nicer to believe in it than to accept the actual truth. Not seeing the point then. Maybe for incels or tradcons but not for TRP, as TRP pretty much rejects commited LTRs and advocates plating. And if you reject commitment in the first place, it is completely relevant whether "lots of casual sex - pair bonding" thing is just correlation or causation. It is only relevant for tradcons who would like to reverse the trend and find a nice wife for t…

What about those accused for interactions outside of work environment? For example, we have minimum wage laws that prevent companies from paying people below a reasonable wage. If left to their own devices, many companies would pay people pennies. Likewise, those who were desperate enough for opportunity would agree to those meager wages, thus emboldening companies to further exploit people for their own profitability. It's counterproductive to care AT ALL, regardless of whether you were made wait longer - you don't have that information at hand usually and even so caring too early on tends to backfire terribly.

Guys who are most desirable for quick sex aren't always desirable for commitment (think immature chiseled hunks). Doesn't stop the former from happening. My question is, did you or do you ever feel like you are compensating for lost time when you did not get to bang/date women, by going out with and banging as many women as possible? And does it feel hollow to do this? If you do, you haven't fully swallowed TRP and BP programming is still in effect, telling you to chase "True Love (TM)". Once it's gone, you won't give a single fuck.
/r/TheRedPill18/04/18 09:17 PM

Nope, because that would require turning off lust for other people and that is impossible. It applies to women too.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/18 06:38 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/18 06:36 AM

Men do not have an inherent wall at 30s. Maybe at 40s. Earlier than that, most have a lazy "wall" of sorts, aka letting themselves go and becoming fat, boring slobs. Then it's kind of obvious how no women want them. Then again, it's avoidable, if you put enough work in.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/18 10:30 PM

Don't know and don't concern myself much with it tbh, probably some evolutionary stuff. Anyway, it matters who they actually go for.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/18 08:36 AM

Dunno, never noticed LMR to be much of a thing TBH. Then again might be that my pacing is slower than it could be. Also, if you have several in the rotation, it doesn't matter as you can call another one.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/18 07:18 AM
2

If they want to hook up, what matters most is women's opinion of them. Note that actual opinion may differ from verbalized one.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/18 06:54 AM

TRP does not commonly state late "20s to early 30s" as some hard limit marking "the wall" - that would be beginning of a decline of SMV. Most commonly I saw the number 35, and even then it might vary from person to person - as it signifies certain drop of SMV to the point it affects available options significantly.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/04/18 11:19 PM

Game advice is treated as heuristics and not as ironclad rules and you are usually required to adjust on the spot. Advice is generally vague, as in can be executed in millions of ways, and one way can work, while other may fail in certain context.

Being attracted to other person is not required to enter LTR with them. Stability of legal issues (citizenship or tax breaks after getting married) are also considered.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/04/18 11:04 PM

Everyone manipulates all the time, avoiding all manipulation is impossible. PUA doesn't recommend avoiding such manipulation because it's manipulation, it recommends avoiding it because it's counterproductive for goals typically set by PUAs.

It's only stigma when a guy wants it. When a woman wants it, it's "you go girl!"
/r/PurplePillDebate15/04/18 10:59 PM

If so, it tends to be token "resistance", with basic social intuition you can tell they don't really want you to leave tbh. If they do make it actually difficult to interact with them, either they are not interested period, or you're doing something that turns them off.
/r/TheRedPill15/04/18 07:36 PM

Depends on how you look. To pull decently looking 20 somethings at 30+ you need to take care of appearance (build, clothing, hygiene). If you don't have it in order, you have to settle for less attractive ones.

That's pretty different from sexual escalation though. You'd be surprised, I frequently saw such playfighting, then a few days later two birds were kissing somewhere in the hallway. That was some years ago (HS time), mind you. By college it got more rare and more direct moves were the norm.

Difference is, most guys learn while being of faily young age - teenage or so. At that age they can learn physical contact in ways that are no longer available to older people. When I was a teen there was plenty of contact snuck in via "play fighting" with classmates and such. You won't get to do that with strangers as 20-something. As for skipping steps, even seemingly interested strangers tend to not let you grab them by the pussy, so be careful. If they did, you are unlikely to miss out if yo…

Financial + general isolation from children, if applicable + potential smear against someone's reputation if extra accusations are made to help the outcome of accusing party (e.g., DV). Child support is not divorce rape, if it is awarded in amounts corresponding to what would be spent on kid if they stayed married (and is actually spent on a kid). If alimony is awarded, it can be d. rape even without children. Women theoretically can get divorce raped. Never heard of it actually happening though…

But if you start from low enough level (think high-functioning autism), whole issue turns into dichotomy, and scripts become alternative to not doing anything or doing something "dumb at best". After enough success there may come time for more fluid interactions for such individuals.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/18 10:59 PM

Pretty good resource for those who lack social intuitions/upbringing to not make false moves. Because what do you prefer: Guys who follow the script, managing to avoid making women uncomfortable with physical advances or guys who don't know what to do and consistently make women uncomfortable with awkward physical advances?

If a girl keeps cancelling plans, then maybe just take the hint and go find someone else? Why are you reiterating things said in the post while seemingly trying to refute it? Case in point: If a woman flakes on you more than once or twice, she is not attracted to you.

Dunno, mostly had the opposite experience, where girls intentionally presented themselves as adventurous. The ones who tried to present themselves as timid, usually ended up not being very interested in the first place.

Feminism nowadays isn't interested in any sort of "debate", only in shouting about "muh oppression" and "straight white male privilege" and "institutionalized sexism causing pay gap". "Toxic masculinity"? Societal expectations? Guys, whom TRP tries to mimic, don't give a crap about any of that nonsense. They do their own thing and haters can go to hell. Apparently though, that is still frowned upon, even if nobody is harmed in the process.

But this is also what I mean, the link between obesity and smoking + cancer is definitive. Because that is hard science. Social science is soft science. All it corresponds to is that people use conclusions differently. Links between cancer and above are used as hard facts and make cut-and-dry statements on health policies. Any attempt to reduce infidelity to being solely or primarily about one factor is a sad attempt to drive a narrative. It's like saying study linking obesity and cancer tries to drive a narrative, because it ignores link between smoking and cancer. How can you complain about lack of rigor in TRP teaching when you say no social issue is binary? There are plenty of binary issues in social sciences though, like evaluating impact of specific policy on human behavior. Either it works as described or not. Simple. Regardless, social science isn't hard science, so there is no point in looking for rigor in TRP as they frankly don't give a crap. It works for them, and that's all needed to know.

Not if a guy treats commitment in a rather loose way, imitating female hypergamy, and ready to branch swing at any time. Then again, if so, why bother with having a "primary" at all in the first place? To me having a primary is a fool's errand, but to each their own. Hence "spinning plates" is a thing.

You can't be "verbally abusive" in dating, if you don't date in the first place. MGTOWs are playing 4D Chess here.

Given, how variable it is across the countries, it seems to be rather arbitrary concept, plus different individuals may reach sexual maturity at different ages. So it's not a clear-cut case.

Mary didn't want us single because we would potentially hit on her and ruin things with her perceived alpha. Also, I'm guessing she's pegged us to be betas. Those two don't make sense together. If you are considered betas, you'd be no threat to her "thing with alpha".

Needy and clingy girls can get annoying quickly. Tolerance for it and perception of each act differs though. If she's prettier, she has more leeway to get away with, which is admittedly dangerous precedent, but as long as she's not showing behaviors typical for cluster B, it's tolerable.

Men's SMV does not inherently go up or down with age, if you talk about 30s or so. If you take care of yourself, it goes up. If you are a fat slob, it keeps going down. That is not dependent on women's options. Former will be desirable for any group, latter will not be, but some might begrudgingly settle for him.

I mean, which was the hard part? That some people don't care about emotional/spiritual aspect of relationships? Or that they care about physical one? Or that for them both of the above sentences are true? What's fun? Physical side aka sex, y'know. Unless you have crappy partners maybe.

Q1: What is with this logic in believing the TRP is false, while operating under the assumption that manipulation tactics are effective? It's called "cognitive dissonance". Q2: Do women know they are giving misleading advice? Why do you suspect women give misleading advice? Maybe. Dunno. Stopped caring a while ago. They're fun in other regards though.

Suuure. Until you explicitly state you want to be exclusive, you can assume other person is dating/kissing/fucking others. Just ask about situation when woman you were dating but didn't have the talk slept with another guy, and you will hear "she did nothing wrong". If so, complaining about spinning plates would be hypocritical.

Do you find yourself frequently rejecting the red pill entirely and then coming back to it with even more conviction than you had before? There's no need to do so, when it's working as intended. Are you afraid of becoming evil, or a bad person? According to whom? By standards of some people I may be irredeemably bad already but IDGAF. If there is some sort of inherent personality, it doesn't really matter that much tbh. Ability to put on a specific act does. All that personality has to do with it is not getting in the way of those acts, and that probably can be covered with enough discipline.

Age generally comes with experience. It's possible for old guys to give bad advice, never said otherwise. But you mock the advice for being actually bad. If it's 17 y/o guy giving advice, if you are 30+, you can straight up disregard it no matter what, as it will be irrelevant at best.

Because it’s a way for men to absolve of themselves of the blame when they cheat LMAO. Someone liked sex so much they cheated. How are they not guilty of cheating? Or do you think is it like when someone got drunk so they are totally not guilty of anything they did under the influence? (tip: it doesn't work that way). Better solution is not doing exclusive relationships so cheating does not exist.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/18 11:36 PM

LMAO. Hypocrisy Only women have a narrative. For guys it's "I cheated because sex". Who complains about that? People like sex. Duh. For women it's "I cheated because you neglected me". So responsibility is still on someone else. Tbh it's misogynistic, since it assumes women have no agency and only act because someone else did or did not. feeling guilty and ashamed for cheating? What does it even matter? Act is done. Feelings are useless now.

Equality of opportunity depending on exact definition may be workable, problem is there is no universal agreement as to what exactly constitutes state of equal opportunities. If you mean stuff like gender/race being completely excluded from evaluation of competence and evaluation being dependent only on relevant skills, that's fine. Problem is, some individuals dogmatically assume that just because outcomes aren't exactly equal, there must be some sort of unfairness going on.

Best possible "box". All the fun but none of the obligations.

You can put all the effort into making someone happy, and they may still not budge with their grumpiness.

So called "sex positives" tend to be massive hypocrites about it. Woman can have all the sex in the world and don't you dare ever judge her you bigoted prick. But a guy is a virgin? There absolutely must be something wrong with him. Shame away!

Highlighting irony of so called "liberals". One would think that it implies liberty, as in other people can conduct themselves as they please when it doesn't affect them personally. Yet those "liberals" seem very picky in when they apply that approach.

Or just neither party is looking for LTR at all. You seem to be assuming looking for LTR is default modus operandi for everyone.

Compassion is often a detriment. That's the cold hard truth.

LTR admiration What do you mean? In about half or more of casual relations that I know or was involved in both parties spoke highly of each other even afterwards of the fact and sometimes even admired each other for non-sex related achievements if there were any noteworthy. Unless you're thinking about those "It's complicated" relationships which tbh include neither respect or admiration from what I notice.

Good job, 3rd wave feminism, you surely promote healthy and professional attitudes in a workplace. /s

TRP doesn't actually blame women for anything though. It does however tell you how to work around their behaviors.

Depends what your endgame is. If you want to get hitched, status + money helps a TON. If you want hookups, get ripped physique and good clothes.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/03/18 11:43 PM

Your height is good, get some ripped physique and what would be labelled as creepy as far as other guys are concerned, for you would be "cute personality quirks".

These guys can inspire lust, but not admiration. She'll fuck him when she's horny, but never when he's horny FYI, FWB setups can and often do work both ways and contain mutual respect and admiration.

Or they lie when they have incentive to do so and slim to no chance of being caught.

What makes you think you have the power to exclude this specific preference out of allowed preferences for all the guys in the world?

Other people want what they want, not always the same thing that you do. You can either give them what they want if you want to associate with them, or ignore them and find your niche that is satisfied with what you are offering by default.

LOL It doesn't matter, because history can be rewritten to suit the convenient narrative. A guy could treat a woman like gold for entire LTR, yet she wanted to cheat, so she makes up mistreatment/abuse to make cheating look more acceptable.

Simple. They never grew up. It's even funnier if they actually try to shame others for making choices they disapprove of, painting them as immature.

If someone's hitting on your gf and she isn't shutting it down, she likes it. You wouldn't need to "mate guard" if that was the case, but if you feel you need to, you are better off dissociating from the girl in question.

Hypocrisy, that's what. Most "sex positive" ones only want to be sex positive when it suits them. When it doesn't, it's back to torches and pitchforks mode.

Define "better" sex. IMO wild spontaneous encounters are better than orchestrated ones, even if latter clearly have effort put into them.

Your general outlook on life Less naive and optimistic about things I have no business being so. Your spiritually Much more internally peaceful than before. Your work/career No significant changes. But that might be because I work in IT so technical skills > people skills there, as long as you're not actively pissing people off.

That's for recipient to determine if it's better. Just like you can determine if specific guy is better for you than the other.

How old are you though? These were early to mid 20s and met either in college or (those who never met in person) online in video gaming communities.

She was no "Instagram star" lol. She didn't even have one as far as I know and was tbh pretty average looking. There are many guys around thirsty for a girl next door kind of girl and will act like she's next supermodel after seeing an average pic or two.

If all men suddenly became chiseled 6'+ tall Greek gods with 8-10 BF%, non-looks related factors would come into play to separate them into high/low value ones. It would only be terrible if you were on a losing end, as usual.

And it shows how "being cared about" can turn into an undesirable thing.

What is a date anyway? Some meetings are specifically arranged for hookups. If sex doesn't happen on such meetings, you are done when it comes to that relation.

Y’all don’t understand how important it is to make a woman feel like she is sexy. LMAO. My cousin had plenty of guys who "made her feel sexy" over messenger/FB texting. Most never even got to meeting her in person :D

Surrogate as in surrogate mother? Then you are still spending resources on a kid. Ideal would be "brood parasite" style, when you are the "deadbeat" who spreads their genes but bill is footed by someone else. Unfortunately that is nearly impossible to pull off in the western countries nowadays.

With enough makeup that is not ridiculously misapplied there are no young ugly women other than overweight ones. Take that away, and if you got fooled into treating makeup as standard, nearly every woman will be ugly to you.
