I got checked already, negative for HIV, however waiting for my urine test. If I don't get a call within a week and end up clean, I'm never gonna do this type of shit again and actually gasp commit to one partner.

I kind of find it hard you've been told you're negative for HIV this soon. That's not how medical professionals usually test for it. Normally you go for 3 rounds of testing and then you get a full negative..
One recommended strategy is to get tested 2-4 weeks, 3 months, and 6 months after a risky exposure. Using a senstitive antigen/antibody HIV test, of those who are infected, most will test positive at 1 month; almost all will test positive at 3 months; and the rest will test positive at 6 months.

There's a period of time after a person is infected during which they won't test positive. This is called the “hiv window period.”
The window period can be from 9 days to 3 months, depending on the person's body and on the HIV test that's used. During that time, you can test HIV negative even though you're HIV positive.

No, the only weird symptoms I had was heavily concentrated( murky) piss with a weird smell to it the morning after. No other symptoms other than that. My urine has been fine after.

Antibody tests — give a positive result based on antibodies to HIV, not the virus itself. It takes your body up to 3 months to produce these antibodies at levels that can be detected by this test.
This method is commonly used but accuracy rate is not sharp.

A blood prick test and waited for like 15 minutes. Results were negative. Also, do you think I may have contracted Gonorrhea or Chlamyidia based on my urine the morning after? Even the STD examiner said it was weird to have symptoms the day after and said it could be dehydration

STDs are not jokes and yes you are right.I have seen people with perfectly fine biological condition suddenly get sick and bingo we track HIV.
Sometimes even after 10 years HIV gets active and when it gets active our body starts producing antibodies and thus we track symptoms.Before that sometimes doctors find it extremely hard to detect and patients get admitted for something else and then after years we are able to track it.

If you're gonna freak out like this about every sexual encounter, I don't think sex is the right thing for you.
Also, there's a hundred different reasons for why your piss was smelly and cloudy next morning. Most likely you didn't drink enough water and your piss just got more concentrated than usual. STDs don't develop symptoms overnight.
