A major aspect of TRP is self improvment. Going to the gym, doing sports, getting better grades or a raise, these are the challenges that will push you to your limits and beyond.
Stepping out of your comfort zone is the key to success. When you hit that extra rep, that extra hour, you're pushing it. That's when change occurs. Sometimes you will fail. I fail all the time. Today, I couldn't finish my last rep at the bench press. The other day, I shot an airball. What do I do in these situations? I suck it up and try again. I work harder and practice longer, because my failures are my problem.
A lot of people make excuses. "I missed because a gust of wind pushed the ball bro," "I couldn't get there in time because I wasn't concentrated." Do not do this; it is weak. Women might fall for it. In fact, many do. Here's the issue: men will not respect you. I went to school with a psychopath. Psychopaths manipulate people and can turn their charm on or off like a switch. This guy would pelt people with insults, embarrass them, and tell them how shitty they were in sports. A few minutes later, he'd have them smiling and laughing. The second he messes up: "Oh I'm just sore. Yeah, my basketball team is #1 in the county, and my training is so intense that it makes me do poorly the next day."
We all saw through his shit. Yeah, he could manipulate almost all the guys in our squad, but we knew he was an insecure little hothead. The next time you do poorly on a test or forget to do something, think to yourself, "No excuses." Because alphas don't blame their mistakes on others.
Sidenote: Some psychopaths manage to reel in the hottest women. If that's your only care, disregard what's written above. Acting manipulative and feigning charm are very noticeable, and will not garner much respect from men. They'll give you their attention, but deep down they know you're full of crap.
