I think he doesn't really understand AWALT, most people don't.
Most people interpret AWALT as "all women are evil witches who want to murder all men except for the alphas". Whereas AWALT is "all women have the basic instincts.

I know it's good to make her insecure, but they also need reassurance. If you're just constantly breaking someone down, it can work against you. That's my point. To have a functioning LTR, you cannot be Mr. TRP all the time. She was being withholding, and I was too emotionally. I just decided that to get, I had to be willing to give a little.
My meaning with the AWALT thing is that while AWALT applies, it doesn't mean that it applies in every scenario and every woman is constantly some crazy bitch 24x7.
Look, you can disagree all you want, but that's why I labeled this a field report. Overall, I found that lightening up is helpful. This is what I did, and it worked for me. The sex has been amazing, and we're getting along very well.

Alright OP. I'm convinced you are trying to do what's right but are failing and I'll tell you why from what I can gather.
Get control of your hamster. You are not holding frame. It will take time to regain the respect she lost for you while you were bluepilling up your life. There is no "but" after AWALT. You need to be patient. You are holding a chainsaw. RP is a chainsaw. It is dangerous if used improperly and you have not read the instructions carefully. You need to fully understand what you are doing before you go out there and try to cut down an old growth forest.
If you don't know what ANY of these above statements mean immediately, start from scratch at the Introduction. If you do know at least something about what I'm talking about, go get "No More Mr. Nice Guy" and reread that first. Then go to asktrp with your first 10 or so questions.
