Hey guys, been reading this sub for a while since a friend of mine is quite into TRP. So I dont know if anyone posted about this before, but I just want to share some of my thoughts and see what people think. So my main question would be do you consider this "blue pill beta male" to be a phenomenon in western cultures mostly? I myself am from and living in an Eastern European post communistic country. And i can say with confidence that for the most part, here men are still men. I am 25yo and I cant almost think of anybody I know who would actually let a girl boss them around or comply to any of the things I see here. Dont get me wrong, women are still women and they will be looking for the richer/better looking/whatever guy, but the difference is once they get together with someone they stick to it. And men generally know how to handle women. I dont know why that is, maybe its the way of upbringing, when you see your father is the head of the house you tend to develop the same habits. And women do as well. There's a few more factors I would say that add to that. First thing is feminist movements/organizations and all that BS doesnt exist at all. Second, the judicial system is kind of fucked up. Where I guess in western countries you could sue anyone for anything, here you cant practically sue nobody for nothing. So things like sexual harassment or child support pay dont happen that often ( which is another thing i get the sense happens a lot here?) Thirdly , I think the fact the population is much smaller has an effect. If you live in a city of 200 000 people, how long would it be before everyone knows you are a slut? In smaller countries and small cities kind of "everybody" knows each other. So women generally tend to try to keep up their good name. The ones that dont really make it harder for themselves to eventually find a husband and settle down. Which brings me to the last point. Even in marriage women seem to be obedient and they rarely stop taking care of the way the look. And men never tend to lose their relationship with friends, but rather the woman becomes a part of that already existing "family".. So anyway, Im not trying to say things are perfect, but for the most part i see a huge difference. Ive been to most western EU countries as well as to some states, but havent really stayed there for long to get a better personal sense of all that. Anyway, would like to hear if anybody else has similar experiences or views on the matter and would like to share their thoughts. thank you
