Okay first off, you don't deserve to run a restaurant at your age. You need to go start at the very bottom of the totem pole, go wash dishes and hate your job for a year. Your negative thoughts are the exact response anyone would get from laying around with no purpose in life, no struggle, no plan and no reason to wake up. Stop sitting around waiting for your father to sort your life out for you. All you're going to do, is become the drug head manager who everyone despises because he's only in charge because his father did all the heavy lifting. Don't be that guy.
Think about it this way, humans have evolved in tribes. For 99.999% of our evolution, we had zero luxuries, electricity or cars. Your brain and your body are operating on genetic software that says "I should be outside hunting, gathering, picking berries, fucking, making weapons, building a shelter etc.. Your brain has no idea what to do when all your needs are taken care of and you didn't have to lift a finger for it. In the wild, the only time that would happen is if you're sick and others are taking care of you.
No wonder you're depressed and low energy, get your ass out of bed right now and prove to your brain that you're not sick. Go sweat. Dig a hole and fill it back up, run the block, knock on an elderly neighbor's door and offer free manual labor. Get your spoiled ass out of the house and learn to be a leader before you're thrusted into a position of money and power undeservingly. That will 100% ruin your life. It always does.

Absolutely correct, no way OP can run a restaurant, maybe start chopping vegetables and work your way up to cook, that's a rewarding job that will teach you a lot. It sounds like OP is clinically depressed so I'd cut out any alcohol/weed/other drugs, do some sort of regular physical activity and if you have the money for escorts at 17 good for you but go nofap.
PS a lot of great leaders, artists, and innovators struggle with depression and self-loathing, while a lot of nobodies think very highly of themselves. Some people are just wired differently. The wise man sees this and takes appropriate steps.

I don't say this harshly like I'm judging you, but this is redpill philosophy you're looking for, and the answer is most assuredly "man up" That means dragging yourself out of bed and putting yourself in a better position than you woke up in, without looking for a single pat on the back. You're doing it for you. Women and children get praises, you get the pride of being a man which can only come from within.

Yeah, dude is just fucking spoiled. Who has enough experience at 17 to run a business? Very, very few, and surely not this self depricating sperg.
He just wants instant gratification. Probably from growing up with a silver spoon. I think you hit the nail on the head. He needs to start at the bottom and work from there, get some experience, and after five or ten years, he might be ready to run the place.
If OP is reading this. Even if you do run the place. No one is going to respect you at your age. Pretty much everyone will have more experience, and he just comes in before he's even eighteen to tell them how to do the job? Gtfo of here with that. He will be resented, the experienced people will leave out of said resentment, and the business will fail.
OP, get your spoiled ass out of the house and into the gym. This whiny shit shouldn't even be posted here. Get your shit together OP.

That thing u said at the end is true af. I worked at my dads accounting firm which I hated and he used to pay me A LOT of money for my age. I spent it on clothes and escorts. Fuck that made me depressed I now have £30 in my bank. I’m broke. Fuck staying home man I’m going out tomorrow and just go dig a whole or some shit. Fuck living like this. But yh my dad is now investing in a restaurant with some guy and I’m gonna run it with him. When I worked at my dads place everyone hated me I think cuz I was acting all strange they were older than me but I think it’s in my head.. when they worked their ass off to maintain a place there.. I don’t want to be that person again. I feel I know a lot about life at this age. But I’m not getting too ahead of my self.

Get it together you sorry excuse for a man.
You literally have the world's knowledge at your finger tips. You have all the answers in the world that you would ever need to fix your shit.
Do you think we're interested in lying to you by telling you that you do matter?
No, the truth is you don't matter one bit. You aren't the first miserable wretch to come crying to those here for validation, and you won't be the last.
The only question, before this gets removed, is what are you going to do after?
Are you going to finally wake up and do something with yourself?
Or are you going to be just another number that no one gives a shit about.
Make your choice. Either way, wipe those tears up, dude. You're embarrassing yourself.

This is easy to type, but tough to do: don’t wait to feel good before you do stuff. Do stuff, then you’ll feel good.

There’s a Rollo Tomasi article somewhere that talks about this, but his advice paraphrased is this: accept tha you feel like shit about yourself right now in the present and only try to make your life and yourself a little less shitty each day. That’s all. Every day, a little less shitty. Because you’re likely putting way too much pressure on yourself right now and holding yourself to ridiculous standards, which overwhelms you and discourages you from even trying. Even if you don’t believe you’ll ever amount to shit, just make it a habit to push a few inches forward each day.

Shit dude this is exactly what I was telling my self yesterday. Probably not yesterday but pretty freshly that I sort of remember. I knew I had to do this but my mind didn’t let me think it through. Literally everything, my mind turns it blank. I cant invision anything but what I can invision that me doing little things everyday to make my self feel better. Thanks dude I think u changed my life, now I just need to act on it which I know i will. Thank you

"Love yourself like your life depends on it". Read the book by this name. It is super short, and super easy to read. Literally sit there and say that you love yourself out loud and in your head all day every day for days on end.
"I love myself" Say that for 10 minutes and do nothing else. See how you feel after. Then repeat/continue.

I feel somehow proud to see this guy has found men with their shit together to help him with some solid advice. Along those advices i give you mine: you despise your face, i get it. Nevertheless go outside, live, work your ass off, acquire skills, love yourself for those things. Your life is worth more than that (for you. The rest of the wirld couldn't care less). If you do that you won't even see your overestimated flaws anymore, which is your ultimate goal: gotta let go of it

Don’t, under any circumstances, work for your dad. Psychoanalysis states that subconsciously, every man wants to get out of his father’s shadow. Go work there and you’ll end up having a beautiful midlife crisis because you realized all you ever did in this life was because your father got you out of shit at 17. And also you can’t fucking run a restaurant at 17.
So you shaved your head. So? Fuck long hair, I’ve had softer, silkier hair that most girls I met, really good hair genetics. This year I’ll be celebrating 2 years since I started going 0 on the sides 2 on top. Love it.
You feel worthless because you can’t get yourself motivated, and the best motivation is internal. As in you should think “if I don’t do something I’ll fucking be a nobody”
Stop trying to “create something dope”, get out there and find a job.

Dude go back to therapy. You need it, especially if you're basing all of your self worth on your outward appearance.
Therapy takes awhile to start working. I would doubt your abilities to run a restaurant at 17.

Op I'm sorry that you feel that way. It's terrible but unfortunately, that's how you feel. That being said you need to carry on and learn to improve. If you're not you need to start going to the gym and forcing yourself to dress better. Each day you need to tell yourself that you're great, even if you think its a lie. Eventually, you will begin to feel it. A man will become whatever he thinks about, so is it any surprise your life seems to keep on getting worse. Rather start thinking positively and you will begin to have a better life. If your interested read The Law of Attraction: Attracting Luck to go further into this topic.

OP,
If you're really 17 that's fairly young. But, this can be good. Welcome to manhood. It's fucking tough and it's just started for you.
You'll find advice on the red pill but, it will likely not be similar to what you've experienced thus far. From what I can gather you are fairly entitled. You're also looking for motivation.
"Motivation is fickle." - Jocko Willink. And I can confirm this as many here may as well. Figure out what you need to do and go fucking do it.
Your whining about work is pathetic and disgusting. What will you do when real shit happens to you in the future? Don't worry it will.
And you've mentioned you've been gifted a management position, you were also working at a firm for your father from another comment you put up, you pay for sex, you waste time staring at yourself and a computer, and you dropped out of school (which I doubt you would pay for).
You paint your dad as being an enabler who won't say no or just fixes you temporarily to make you go away and bother someone else for a while.
Get off the computer, take off the beanie, stop paying for sex, hell stop bating, go monk mode, and go improve yourself.
Refuse those job offers. Go get some experience and earn something. You'll find it much more rewarding.
Plus if you learn discipline and stick with improvement the money will come with time.
Your dad can't sort out your life. That's your job. Control what you can control and move forward. Stop letting extrinsic factors determine your state of mind. Once you get up and start doing you'll start to understand.
Welcome to TRP.
