Slowly walking in a circling swaying your hips is not exercise. See how hard it was for her to walk on the treadmill during the exercise test.

She's a fucking idiot who when told explicitly and factually by the doctor, she still spins it around and blames metabolism. Even with the scientific explanation, which she doesn't fully understand, she changes the story to accomodate her preconceived ideas about her metabolism and her body.

She even states that she has never had any test performed on her to assess her metabolism, yet she knows exactly how it works and that its not what she eats or doesn't eat, its her metabolisms fault she is fat.

A diet isn't a 1 or 2 day trial. It's 3 months before you see any significant change.

Basically, what happens is, people with shitty metabolisms watch people with efficient metabolisms, but poor eating habits, eat whatever the fuck they want with gusto, and then they envy their lifestyle, so they try to eat whatever they want with gusto too. Then they blow up like balloons and cry about their metabolism. I had an efficient metabolism back in the day, and I could actually out-eat all of my fat friends, while they watched enviously as I kept trim.

Now that I'm older, I sympathize more with their plight because I now have to watch what I eat an exercise to keep from getting fat.

Bottom line: you gotta know and except your limitations if you want to be healthy.

I worked with a HUGE guy once... he told me that he's tried "all the diets out there, but none of them worked."

People need to learn portion control (like he says here, the error is in the counting of the calories).
