Summary:
... Or how a beginner learnt, the medium-hard way, not to stick the dick in the crazy.

Body:
I've been swallowing the pill as of, maybe, three-ish months ago. TRP helped me get out of an extremely messed-up relationship (23 months, she had major attachment issues, clingy, deprived me of friends, crazy) and I've slowly started integrating the approach into my life and getting results.

For context, I'm a resident of an Eastern European country where the sway of religious morals is still strong and Marriage 1.5 is still the norm. I'm 182.5cm/6', which is average for men here, weighing 85kg/185lbs (muscle and fat) and have a 'darker' thematic look to me (skulls, black clothes, that sort of crap; my own brand of asshole). I only have my characteristic eyes (one green, one blue; 85% of the populace has brown) and slightly above-average face going for me.

Since breaking my LTR up two months ago, I've been exploring my options and slowly applying the red pill techniques that I had surely internalised by then; I moved on from one half-arsed beta failure at courting a 6/10, to a purple-pill catastrophe with a daddy-issues clingy 7/10, to flying on abundance mode in a society that doesn't endorse such behaviour at all.

I have had three girls initiate conversation with me on Facebook due to either my eyes, my theme or both. I was in a short relationship with the first one, had a one-night fling with the other (whom I later friendzoned and am milking for social validation), and — ended up almost screwing myself over with the third one.

Enter Angie. This girl, a med student, I added her on Facebook somewhen around mid-October, and she contacted me on the 28th (the Monday before New Year's) via a friend's account as the friend and I were talking. She immediately started showing interest — told me I could use a walking partner (as I told her I like to walk), kept telling me I seemed like an interesting person, mid-grade stuff like that. I mostly played her cool until, a day later, she told me I 1) looked hot 2) looked like a child molester and/or Ville Valo, which she then went on to explain as finding hot. Kinda rang a red flag bell, though I idiotically elected to disregard it. At that point she tossed a shit test ("are you a narcissist" after I told her I thought I looked hot, which I agreed to and amplified) and then kept sending comfort tests whenever I didn't respond for more than an hour.

I ended up asking Angie out for a "walk" on the 30th, which she gladly accepted; it ended with us walking for a bit, then walking back to her place, then me walking into her for about an hour. She was a virgin, fairly inanimate in bed, boring but tolerable. I end up tossing her out, mostly as a show of semi-fake disinterest, and she ended up warming up to me even more.

New Year's came and went, Angie kept pinging me every other hour, I kept ignoring her and responding to every fifth or sixth message. Probably should have ghosted her at that point, since, what Angie ended up becoming was a lil bit scary to an inexperienced newbie like me.

Angie, like all good, kinda-used-and-tossed-away girls, started stalking me. She found out where I live, where my folks worked, where I went to elementary school, who all my previous girlfriends were and where they lived, who all my friends are, where my relatives lived — and she kept telling me about this. I blocked her on Facebook, told the mutual via whose account we 'met', and ended up pushing her beyond the brink. One minute I'm reading, the next she's sending novella-length texts to my phone (whose number she didn't get from me) about how she loved me and how she was always — at any time of day — up for a walk with me, and how I was too hot for her to handle. I agreed — she really wasn't handling it well — and after the sixth or so novella, I went to the police and have filed for a restraining order.

Lessons Learnt:

  • Please, don't stick your dick in the crazy; even though it might not be obvious at first, it really ends up being not worth it. Easy to rope in, but one has to wonder why it's single

  • Learn from your mistakes — I know I did. Can't deal with another one of these. Don't fall for the same traps more than once — it's tolerable if you do it once, but preferably don't do it at all.
