So I'm 37 in good physical shape and honestly a great age to be as far as getting women. But because I'm a bit older I'm not into the whole club bar thing. I have had a lot of success with the online website POF & OKC and this is what I do.

Step #1. I have a creative profile there are lots of examples all over the net. Lots on the SS forums. Go make a good witty funny profile. No matter how ripped you are no pics with shirt off. My response rate skyrocketed by taking down one shirtless picture.

Step #2. I go through girl by girl quickly if they look remotely doable I will send them a message just like an opener at a bar. "Hey you have a great style" or "nice hair" just something different then "Hey what's up". I will message about 50-100 girls when i need new plates. My response rate varies sometimes 3 girls of 50 will say something back other days 15 out of 50. I can't really explain the why that is. Once they respond back I will cull through their profile better making sure distance is not an issue. Sometimes I realize they are not something I'm interested in. Keep in mind their pics are the very best they look usually they will be a bit uglier in real life but some have surprised me.

Step #4. Run usual text game. That's been written on to death.

Step #5. After a couple days of banter I say let's meet up see if any chemistry is there. I tell them up front we go Dutch just coffee or drinks and appetizers to see if we have chemistry. I have never went past a 2nd hangout for sex. I never go for sex on meet up #1. Not going for sex on meet up 1 allows them to drop the slut defense. Meet up 1 is short 2 hours tops. I'm touchy feely and I get a few kisses and get out of there I'm busy busy busy usual game.

Step #6. I wait for them to hit me back up after meet 1. They always have and it lets me know they want more. Now I turn up the sexual stuff big time through text and phone calls. I let them know how dominating I am in bed how much I like there long hair so I can pull it etc. By hangout 2 they know what time it is and they are ready to get banged. I never have had to wait to hangout 3 to get laid following this.

I have a girl coming over in the morning before work to get banged after hangout 1 knowing full well she is coming for early morning sex. This has worked for the better part of 2 years and it's how I keep my plate rotation going with ease. I have 4 plates I'm spinning from this currently and 1 plate i met the old fashioned way.
