New to trp. Been lurking about a month or two. I think you guys would call this frame. A little background about myself. I'm 22 and I work in a hospital laden with women.

I have a nurse who is supposed to give me break. She's always late. So today she calls me I walk up to her and say I notice I'm late again today she says give her a second I count to 1 she says 2 and she laughs blah she's obviously not making a concerned effort to relieve me

Now here's the weird part. She comes in doing what I think was a fitness test. I work as a monitor tech which means i stare at a screen all day. And on the screen one of the patients weren't connected. I call another nurse who is supposed to fix it but no response. So I first say her before you give me break would you get so and so patient connected. She says huh or something then i say "get the patient connected"? So she proceeds to say I gave her a command and how she doesn't think its appropriate. I responded "oh.... That sucks" she just stared at me for a second. So i proceeded with "would you do the honors" after a little back and forth of me saying the same "would you do the honors" she does it.

I'm not sure but I think she tested me and I held frame. All this to say if this was the case thank you guys for the posts. I probably would've supplicated or done some other stupid crap before learning about this stuff.

Tl;dr i think my nurse for lunch relief tested me and I held frame and she did what I wanted.
