The fish weren't biting today. I went out to daygame around midtown again(went yesterday and got good results) got one good approach but everything else was duds. Nothing was sticking, no one was biting. Things didn't seem to go that well. I'm not frustrated or anything. It's the journey to mastery. I looked at it from another perspective. Today was a learning day as well as building that habit and discipline.

I honestly didn't do bad. Some of the conversation needed work. The initial approach need brushing up on but overall it was a solid day. I have to understand that I'm going to have days like these where things won't go the way I want it. It's fine. I'm happy knowing that I made a effort to improve and master my game. One of the things I need to really work on is the time between approaches. There is to much filler time between. A lot of walking around aimless rather than just approaching right after another. The fear of approaching in front of people still gets to me. I have to minimize time and go right to it. I hate comparing it to weightlifting but I need more volume if I want to get to that next level.

Reading Master by George Leonard has been an eye opening. If it wasn't for that book I don't know where I'll be. That book showed me that in order to get really, really good at this I need to put in the hard work, enjoy the tedious practice, work on sub skills and doing the same small thing over and over again until I don't have to think about it. Tomorrow is another day, another day closer to not sucking with woman.

TLDR Approaches didn't go well like I wanted to. Learning is part of the game.
