So I’m 22 and I went up to MIchigan State University tonight. Me and my buddies went to the bar and my goal was to at least practice not giving a fuck about anything. I’m new to this and I realize that taking action is the only way to ever do anything. So I did. I jumped on the dance floor, left my buddies behind because they were being pussies, and I got rejected 7 times. I did not succeed once, but I couldn’t be happier that I actually tried.

Here’s what I learned. For one, I have to give less of a shit. Even though my mindset was to go into it the way TRP tells us too but it was harder than I though. One girl who was a smoke was in a group of 4 and about 3 guys awkwardly mesmerized by her. I walked right up to her and started singing whatever was on, and my sober ass got shit tested hard as fuck. I got the hugest eye roll, then she grabbed a different guy and started grinding some other guy. Shit caught me off guard but I quickly acted as if I didn’t give a fuck about her existence. The problem is, subconsciously I didn’t truly not give a fuck. I think it showed but I know now, the key to this whole thing is actually believing you have the biggest frame. You can’t fake that shit. Next time I go out I’ll be better prepared for this.

At around 10 min left before the bar closed, my 2 buddies texted me saying they had some girls. I found them to see what was up and there they were with 3 of them awkwardly standing next to them. I took the mentality of not giving a fuck and started dancing with all 3 of them. One of them started laughing at me and all 3 of them left us. Fuck if I care but my buddies blamed me for scaring them away. Lmfao, they just don’t get it.

Moral of the story is you have to take action in order to learn. Without experiencing the failure of being rejected, you won’t ever learn what it truly means to not give a shit when it does happen. 7 times I got rejected and it felt good not giving a fuck about it.
