My landlord (middle aged female) lives on the floor above me and has exhibited some fairly peculiar behavior. Some nights when I come home (I ride a decently loud motorcycle so it's noticeable when I get home late), she comes down and starts talking to me about various things, asks for my help doing simple stuff, and even asked me to show her daughter how to drive.
One night I was coming home a bit late and she needed to lock her garage door. It was a pretty simple latch that just needed to be pushed but I wonder if she already knew that since she's lived her for many years and I've been at this place for a few months. She said something about me being a strong man when I helped her with this.
Her daughter is a different story -- the landlord said she was 16, but I saw her smoking outside and started chatting while taking out the trash. She says she's 17 like she's trying to appear older to me (I'm 25M). I would never do anything with a girl under 18 so that's not even a question.
Idk, I could be overthinking it but I think the landlord might be down. She's definitely seen me shirtless since I rarely wear a shirt at home and cook / take out the trash shirtless. I'd definitely be down to hook up with the landlord since it's almost a bucket-list type of thing but don't really know how to navigate it. She's a single mom and is always a little cranky so I know she hasn't had some good dick for a while.
FWIW, I told the current chick I'm hooking up with about this and she agreed that the landlord was 'flirting'.
