Im going to try to make this as short as possible, so here goes: You know how when you were a kid, your parents told you that all you had to do to have a long happy relationship with women was to be respectful and treat them like princesses? That you give them compassion and comfort, and one day a beautiful woman would come along and love you unconditionally for who you are? Then you watched romantic comedies where the man chases after the girl, and they end up falling into eachother's arms, right? All the shit that portrayed women as pure hearted lovely innocent angels, all the times the girls you were secretly crushing on told you that they were going to dump their asshole boyfriends and find a nice guy, a guy like you.... but not you cause you're her best friend and she doesnt like you like that... All the times you may have summoned the courage to ask a girl for advice and the only thing that she could come up with is that you have to be nicer to them, you had to listen to her problems and shower her with gifts, and if you dared demand anything greater than being blessed with her divine presence, you were a selfish mysoginistic asshole neckbeard, right? Wrong.

Its all Grade A solopsistic feminist bullshit.

Women are not the shining paladins of everything just and true. They are beings ruled by emotions and primal compulsion. They will not love you for who you are, they will not break up with their abusive 6 foot tall 200 pounds of muscle boyfriend for a nice guy. They will continue to lust after the biggest baddest alpha they can find and they will use you as their emotional dumping ground, and when you finally land a beached whale who will offer you their lady parts once a month, you will marry her, then she will pop out some kids and leach you dry. Then, if a man the slightest bit less beta than you comes along, she will ditch your ass and take half of everything you have ever earned in your life. And after all of that, she wont feel the slightest bit of remorse because her hampster will have already been rationalizing you into the bad guy.

Imo, being a red pill man is acknowledging that women are not inherently bad or good, recognizing their behavior, and finding ways of using it to our benefit.

The red pill theory in a nut shell is men who do the "right" thing don't get sex. You have to stop doing the "right" thing and start doing the RIGHT thing. Or as the old saying goes, nice guys finish last.

Here's where I think you should start.

Raise your SMV (sexual market value) by exercising, eating right, grooming well, and acquiring status. Higher SMV males get more pussy.

Learn game. The book the game is a good start. There's also plenty of other resources about game. Guys who have game get more pussy than those who don't.

Also you'll hear the terms "hypergamy" and "hamster" a lot. Hypergamy is a woman's desire to date up, and "hamsterbating" is how women reason to do what they feel and to avoid guilt.

Supposedly the best defense against hypergamy is "spinning plates" which means to date multiple women. Their is no known defense against the hamster from my understanding.

You'll also hear the terms alpha and beta a lot. This can be summarizes as "alpha fux and beta bux." The alphas get to fuck and the betas get to buy her stuff. Become more alpha.

Beta orbiters are guys women keep around to validate them while she fucks her alpha. Eventually she'll settle with a beta provider once she nears "the wall."

The wall is when women notice their SMV has suddenly declined and now want to marry a beta provider. Happens around 30.

Red pill assumes that the man is the prize, not the woman. Your sexual value must be higher than the other guy's, your time and attention is sought by the woman. You make yourself so chased that woman will compete for your time and attention, you have options, you have the luxury of time and you will thoroughly peruse the sexual market at your leisure.

Don't settle. Don't put any one woman on a pedestal. Do not under any circumstances place yourself in a position financially nor legal where you will be beholden to a woman.

You are the captain of your ship. If she will not be a good first mate, find one that will be. She should be aware of her appearance and seek to look her best as someone befitting you, who should be looking his best at all times physically. She should be savvy to how public perception mirrors how she treats you in public.

There seem to be two schools of thought on the subreddit.

School one, that a red pill man will not take bullshit from a woman. He is selective about his relationships, and will only take a woman who is physically, mentally, and emotionally up to par. In marriage, the relationship is captain and first mate, both working consistently and ceaselessly for the benefit of the relationship. Not identical partners, and not master and slave. A red pill woman does not delay finding a man, but she too is selective (due to biological prerogative). A worthy partner is one who she can, in good conscience, submit to. Think the traditional wedding vows; the husband promises to "love, honor, and protect/guide" while the wife promises to "love, honor, and obey." The woman will continue for the rest of her life to work to keep her mate's affections.

School two, that a red pill man recognizes that women are only valuable for the sexual services they can provide. They are inherently untrustworthy and are incapable of thought or love, so therefore are not worth giving love (or really anything but dick) to. The woman...well, I don't think that there is prescribed behavior for women in this school of redpill, unless it's bend over and take it in the ass, because that's what he wants.

I think MMSL Married Man Sex Life primer is the best "intro" to red pill thought. It's also very actionable with the MAP male action plan which will basically position you with a higher SMV sexual marketplace value. Far from dogmatic, it's the kind of book you could even share with your wife or girlfriend.

So you can piece together these ideas from different sources but MMSL is just a very cohesive and approachable presentation.
