Any transformative movement requires, classicly, a 10% population participation, for example the Revolutionary War had (iirc) a 20% participation, a huge portion that were neutral, and a third who were royalist.

With technology giving leverage, that number is down to 3-5% (To Break a Tyrants Chains) as technology leverages opinion once it is widely adopted.

TRP is a small portion of Reddit, however the influence is growing among those outside of the beginners of r/TRP.

To cook it down, TRP can no longer ignored or dismissed out of hand.
