This is just a quick tip for those of you who are seeking confidence. Confidence is one of those things that comes when you'very done something that successful that enforces your confidence. Sometimes your confidence is so low that you don't want to do anything for fear of failure.

Confidence is similar to productivity in that if you procrastinate or wait for motivation it will take forever. The easiest way to be productive is to start the day doing something small and productive. This can be either push ups, making an actual breakfast, reading a book etc. The point is, is that you do something productive to create that mindset to tackle larger jobs that you may procrastinate on. The hardest part is really starting.

Confidence in social settings is similar. It requires that you have success before hand. An easy way to have success before some party or social event is to hang out with some friends that you know before hand and laugh and have a good time. This makes it easier for more difficult social settings because you already tricked your brain into thinking you had success. Another example would be that if you are at a party don't just start talking with the HB8-10. You'll feel nervous and stumble. A smarter thing to do would be to talk with other men first or some of the more normal girls then move onto to the girls with high SMV.

The two strategies above requires the same mindset which is trying to initiate a snowball effect. A snowball effective is when a small amount of snow rolls down a snowy hill and gets bigger and bigger. Just like how you start with small productive and confident things to tackle large jobs. Think of it as warming up your muscles with lighter weights before hitting your working set.
