  • Don't give your number (snapchat only)
  • Only go to her place
  • Don't meet all her friends at the club/let them see you leave together
  • Audio record everything (even if it's a two-party consent state)

She won't even be able to identify you to her friends, cops, or the media.

Exactly how would she find you? It would most likely be someone other than her that seeks you out, and then they see your ID (assuming it's cops) then 'oh sorry sir, wrong person.'

They can't find you if they have no name, phone number, address, social media, or drunktards friends who may or may not have seen you at the club.

There are cases in which women have "buyers remorse", where instead of having to explain to her friends (or boyfriend) that she had a one night stand with a guy she will make up a rape story to preserve her non-slutty image.

It happens, and it's been in the media a couple of times in the recent past.

I had a friend who met a woman in a bar, the two got drunk, ended up in bed. One year later the police knocked on his door and arrested him. Apparently she was in a church group, confessed, and then said “I never did anything like that before.” The group agreed he must have drugged her. Never mind the fact that he was extremely good looking and didn’t need to drug anybody to get them into bed. He was convicted with zero evidence of drugs being given to her. He committed suicide shortly after.

Thank you for your opinion that this is all “nonsense hysteria.” I guess until you know someone this happens to it’ll just be your limited perspective.

Lots of guys are recording their encounters with voice activated recorders. It's sad what it's come to, but if you want to be safe, this is what you need to do.

Sure you may be charged with some misdemeanor for the recording depending on where you are located but it is a hell of a lot better than a false rape charge.

I'd even go as far as incorporating "What do you want me to do?" into the dirty talk... That way you have a smoking gun of evidence.
