So it's a new year. Discovered TRP over winter break and I'm starting to understand it.

Currently a junior in high School. No car yet (getting license in February), parents constantly work so I can't really get out of the house because I watch my 4 siblings.

Ok. Now to business. I have 3 groups of friends. The guys who I can say anything around, the few girls amost like sisters to me, and the attractive girls who I don't really talk to or when I do I try not to offend them/fuck up.

From what I've read so far I shouldn't be afraid to offend anybody or put then on a pedestal, correct? Therefore I should change the way I talk to the "attractive" girls.

About texting. It should only be used to meet the person in person, correct? What if I have no other way to talk to them aside from class/school (which I'm taking all AP so it's not extremely easy)? Is texting on a regular basis still wrong/bad? What else can I do instead. Going somewhere on the weekends is out of the question because my parents would rather have me home studying instead of out (plus no car).

On the behavioral side of things, even I suggest an idea and somebody else opposes it I usually just say "whatever, that person is stupid" to my self and go along with it as long as it doesn't affect my grades just to avoid conflict, but after reading TRP I'm thinking that this isn't really the way I should behave. I should stand by my thought and fight for it even if it means starting a small argument, right?

Also I need to quit doing free favors for others and say no more often unless it benefits me. I shouldn't chit chat without a purpose (or should I to socialize more?)

Appearance wise I should look non-timid, open, relaxed, confident, etc. I'm pretty tall (6' 1") so I should appear "big" (not small and scared like). Anything else?

Mainly, what aspects of TRP should I apply in my high school life and what parts shouldn't I?

And before I forget, is there some guide to texting out there? I really need it.

Thanks in advance.
