How do I turn this around? (Game help needed)

I would move the fuck on, personally. Love/relationships are really supposed to be an experience between two people that is mutual in nature, where you both "just know" that you are attracted to and want to / feel you are supposed to be with the other in more ways than you are with normal people. It's like friendship, while your best guy friends don't have the relationships like you will have with girls, you meet a room full of other guys and you can usually just tell instinctively whether there is anyone who is like you and who is on your level/who 'gets' the same things that you get to the point where you would really make good friends, but with the rest of them you are just faking it to be courteous/polite because you know they can't relate to you on the level of a real friend. The same thing stands for girls - you "can" fuck any of them, but do you really want to? That's your choice, you can put on the fake alpha-bullshit and try to get them to go somewhere with you and have sex, but if it's not really there then it's just like the room full of guys - you're faking it because that's what you think you should do and the natural attraction/relation isn't there. Even if you can't be(or put on the act like) the guy who makes everyone laugh and makes everyone in the room like you, it doesn't change the fact that most of those other people are not guys you're going to want a real friendship with - has nothing to do with whether they're good or bad, they just aren't your type.

There are a lot of people in humanity who don't 'get' this because they are brought up with such bullshit stuffed into their heads about human interaction and bullshit conditioning as to how they are supposed to behave and what is right/wrong, so they spend their lives in delusional wonderlands and are never happy.

If you're with some chick who doesn't feel it with you, I just wouldn't pursue it any longer. She might take a week or two and change her mind, you never know, but I wouldn't be interested in someone who was no longer interested in me. It doesn't necessarily have to be some deep passionate attraction or anything, you sometimes meet girls who you have the right connection with to just have both of you desiring sex with each other - but if you meet one who doesn't, then why the fuck would you want her anyways?

If you're just trying to fuck her anyways then that ^ all still basically stands in lesser form - you can't and shouldn't try to "convince" some girl to like you if she isn't already into you, that should be beneath you unless you're one of those guys who can be a comedian and make themselves have fun trying to 'win over' a cold girl. If your "game" isn't working anymore, then try another game or try being less gamey in the first place.

There are an infinite number of reasons why this could be happening, maybe she feels like a slut and her friends mocked her, maybe she's on her period, maybe her mom just died, maybe she's stressed or something else is happening and she doesn't have time for some dude trying to run his game on her. Maybe she just doesn't like the idea of just fucking some guy who doesn't have a porsche or a million dollars, maybe you're not able to relate to her in the right way even though she had fun kissing you, so she's trying not to lead you on. We'd need more details to give you any meaningful answer to your specific situation with this specific girl.

TLDR: If a girl "loses interest" in me? I lose interest in her. I have no interest in fucking or being around a girl who isn't already automatically into me and warm to me. I wouldn't put myself beneath a girl to the point where I'm trying to "get her" to think a certain way about me other than who I am naturally, and if she's not into that, then fuck her, I'm not into her either.

If you don't know where you went wrong, its hard to give useful advice. Improve SMV, keep going. Most likely there was a window to escalate that you simply didn't lead into after the first date. Like bring her back. To your place after the date.

Given nothing else, that'd be where i would put my finger on her losing interest on the second. She thinks your a pussy.
