Who gives a fuck what "TRP" thinks about online dating? What do you think?

Im not ashamed to tell anyone that I've used online dating. And I've met a number of girls that way.. Banged a few and didn't bang others.. Way it goes.

The way I see it, if I'm having a good time at it, then fuck everyone else (aside from hurting other ppl etc obviously). I don't need to justify my actions to anyone besides myself.

OK cupid, tinder, and badoo are the top 3 I believe. There are strategy guides (lol) out there, but the basics are: good pics, interesting hooks (stuff for girls to ask you about) in either pics or your write-up, and (for me) screening for getting laid. That means logistics and attitude of the chick I'm meeting. Text game for this is cocky, not giving a fuck. Don't come across as trying too hard. That shit dries up pussies. I am a firm believer that the vast majority of chicks (at least on these apps) are down with ONS and I approach things from that viewpoint. Escalate, touch them, turn things sexual..

Waste of time.

I am fairly attractive (not me saying it just the combined opinion of many people including strangers).

Had a few chats here and there on Badoo and Tinder nothing ever really came out of it.

But then again I have established my problem isn't really appearance (though I am not in the top 20), it is more my pessimistic and overthinking attitude that transpires when I talk to women.

EDIT: Most of the women on dating sites/apps are just looking for attention/bored and not really serious in their intentions. A lot of them have huge emotional baggage. I believe the real interesting women that are worth it are not to be found on sites/apps, or even bars or clubs but to be stumbled upon whilst going about your usual business (if your business does involve going out in the real world! GET OUT OF YOUR FUCKING HOUSE!).

I think I agree with what seems to be the consensus on TRP and the better PUAs -- it can be worthwhile as a supplement to your approaching girls in person but it should be secondary... real world pickup should be primary.

That said I've used it on and off over the years and have fucked a lot of girls I met online... some of them hot, probably most of them average. So many chicks on there complain that guys don't read their profiles, just look at the pics, but the girls do the same damn thing. And with Tinder the most anybody has is a paragraph of writing, or none at all. So you have to get a pic of you looking at least slightly better than average or it's probably a waste of time.

As others have said, a beach (shirtless) pic is great if you look good, active pics doing fun stuff, and definitely pics of you with cute girls for the pre-selection. If it's a site like okc where you wanna write something, don't write much, just a bit of cocky, funny, mysterious text that does not seem like you put much effort into it, because it's not that important anyhow. Just don't come off thirsty or BB material.

Tinder is supposed to be a "hey you're hot, let's meet up" kind of thing. On Okcupid and Plenty of Fish there is more of a pretense at least of the girl saying "I am hoping for a relationship." But most of my hookups have come from there. Match.com and eharmony I think are mostly post-wall chicks looking to get married asap.

And I agree with the time wasting attention whores comments. This is a thing which is more recent I think... 5 years ago I think most of the chicks online actually wanted to meet up, but today for a ton of girls having an okc or tinder profile is just par for the course, like having a facebook profile.

Still, if you can take a decent photo or two and you're not already drowning in pussy, why not? Send out some messages via your phone while you're on the crapper or waiting in line somewhere. Just don't take it too seriously, and as in the real world, don't come across as thirsty... you're just killing some time, amusing yourself, and maybe something comes of it maybe not but you won't be greatly effected either way.

It is a complete joke and a complete waste of time. I don't know about you, but I like to stick my penis in the vaginas of real human female women. I don't want to send messages and get no reply from some ugly bitch who I wouldn't turn my neck 10 degrees to look at if she walked past on the street. I don't want to online chat with some bitch who is looking for validation but isn't interested in taking dick in real life.

The way things work is men give women attention or validation and men get pussy in return. If a woman isn't giving me pussy then why should I give her attention for free?

Women online (who may not even really be women) are time wasting pranksters who aren't meeting up and taking the cock. I don't have any patience for a bitch wasting my goddamn time while not fucking me.

I've met about half a dozen girls on OKC, but only one went anywhere. A lot of people in the manosphere don't like dating sites on principle, but it doesn't take much effort and if it works it works.

Give it a shot. It's fairly easy (and free) to set up an OKC account or a tinder account. Also, a few of my friends were successful with EHarmony, if you're looking for something serious.

The biggest indicator of success is going to be your attractiveness. The 80/20 rule is very apparent in the world of online dating. A few men on here have posted their experiments using photos of attractive men and they usually find that it was like shooting fish in a barrel. If you are in the top 20% you won't pull chicks, the chicks will pull you.

I have used OKC and tinder myself. I am probably not in the top 20% of men in terms of physical attractiveness, but I definitely make up for it in other areas. For me, I found it to be a waste of time. I had a few interesting talks with some girls but rarely did it lead to meeting them in person.

The absolute best way to meet women is to expand your social circle and raise your SMV. You'll find more women who are worthwhile that way.

All I've found online were girls with issues that suck up your time. Surely if you're hot you can appeal some fuckbuddies on Tinder, but it doesn't work well for me.
