Set your phone on silent. I don't answer in class (6 hours), on shift (12 hours), at the gym (2 hours), when I go to swim or take the kayak out (1-3 hours) etc etc. My me time is me time. You have a girl's attention when she is triple- and quad-stacking texts and getting pissy with you. Don't acknowledge her attitude. Setup a meet and if she keeps being shitty let her hang some more. She'll learn to capitalize on the time she gets from you or she won't get any time at all. One thing that seems to take people awhile here ( took me over a year) is recognizing that they are, in fact, the prize and shouldn't be doing anything in pursuit of women but should be doing everything in pursuit of being a top-tier man. Focus on you and the rest will fall into place.

The thing that PUA did for me was telling me to emulate high value men. In turn it caused me to be a high value man. Fake it til you make it was a mantra back then. With red pill its changed to more about bettering yourself for you rather than doing it for women, the women will just flock to you when you're at your peak. PUA got me laid, a lot and if you're good at it women don't see through the bullshit because you've practiced to become better. On top of that bettering yourself is basically all over the side bar I'm not sure what you're bringing to the table with this post.

Rule of thumb is only text for logistics. Calling her, or anyone really, gives you the power. Texting can be ignored. Calling someone not only gets awnsered more, but now you are in control of the conversation. Your asking about timing though. Call when you have something to say worth while. When I was younger and inexperienced I used to call girls everyday and talk for hours about stupid shit. Guess where it got me? No where. You can't build attraction, you just sit and listen to her blab about her day. That's lame. Save the talk for when you meet.
