The analysis:

We are really happy now, but it hasn't always been like that. My husband is a bit of an introvert, but he is getting better now.

Notice how upon mentioning that the husband is a introvert, she feels the need to point out that he is better now. She hit the wall hard and she found herself a project, a man to fix.

He was really different than the guys I normally date. Much nicer and more stable.

The wall. Also, no tingles in virginia.

And he loved me for me. Which is an awesome feeling.

Translation: He put up with all her shit.

I didn't realize how lucky I was to have him, and basically from the moment we started dating and until 2 years into our marriage, I was hooking up with an ex.

One of you guys pointed out that after the wall, there is a temporary delusion with "no more bad-boys, i'll make it work somehow". Well for her it lasted a couple of days.

It wasn't an everyday type affair, but when he called me to hang out, I would drop everything and go. I was obsessed with him and I wanted him to love me more than anything. My ex, is the most hot/cold guy you will meet. He can be so exciting and fun, but he has a dark side like none other. He cheated on me a lot when we were together and we had a few rough fights, so it wasn't a healthy relationship at all. But it was an addicting one.

The ex was a dominant alpha. She wanted for his affection more than anything, with remarkable determination - 2 years while married + the year before she was married + be time before she met her husband.

Even after the wedding, that for some stupid reason I invited him to, he still came onto me hard.

She invited the ex to the wedding. Her husband's balls were the "something borrowed".

Also hilarious freudian slip, the ex still came onto her hard. She mentioned at some point that the ex refused to use condoms, he probably came onto and into her hard.

Its only now I can realize what a scumbag he was. Basically the affair happenned every couple months when we would hang out or see each other, and it was a mess. I can't believe I was that person. Its so fucked up.

And we're off. She realised now that the ex was a scumbag, but the person who would cheat on her husband with this scumbag is a thing of the past - "I was that person" .

She decided she is not like that anymore, so she shouldn't feel guilty because she is not that person anymore guys!

I finally ended it when my husband and I decided we wanted to start a family, and my ex refused to listen to me and wear a condom. I was still in the fog with him and wanted him to be happy, but I didn't want to risk anything with my husband.

Notice how she writes it down clearly yet her delusion is still intact. She ended it not because it was wrong, but because she would put herself at risk of being found - with her being off the pill from that point on -> the ex might have ended up being the father.

The way she puts it, sounds like she would have been fine riding the ex's cock while trying for a kid with the husband, as long as the ex wore a rubber. That was the dealbreaker, not the (bullshit) newfound morality and personal growth she mentioned three sentences before.

My husband doesn't know anything, and I think it would crush him to hear about the affair. I know its behind me, and I'm committed to being the best wife I can be going forward.

Translation: My husband doesn't know anything, and he may file for divorce if he finds out. I have convinced myself that it's all behind me, and I'm commited to not suck another cock at least until my guilt winds down and I lose the babyweight.
