I thought this whole reddit page is to find out what to do in your situation. Start with building yourself up before trying to date chicks.

Go do jiu jitsu! Start paragliding! Learn to fly a plane! Hit the gym! Start going to swing classes or salsa classes! Start playing rugby! Go play some tennis!

Find some hobby to do, and stop with the effin complaints and excuses! We don't care how shit your phone is. We don't care how shit your town is and how the salsa classes are 40 minutes away. Deal with it!

And ultimately, a useful advice that I give out generously and liberally to everyone: "If you don't like where you are, move! You are not a tree." Take this either literally for actual moving or figuratively for changing something in your life.

She was interested, but you probably scared her off by wanting to talk through the phone too soon (looking clingy) and then triple texting her closed the deal (you reference that you do this often and it scares people away. Why the fuck do you do it then?!)

Also, what kind of bullshit excuse is "not knowing a workout routine" or "not having headphones" do you realize how ridiculous this is? Just go lift bro, it's not rocket science and you know it. Stop being lazy.
