I agree with the sentiment, but you have overstated this, and used a dumb form of argumentation to emphasise it (do this or be a faggot)
Communicating feelings rather than thoughts is a more feminine trait. But your post implies people should actively avoid communicating feelings because it necessarily is less masculine.
If you never communicate your feelings, because you concerned about being perceived as not masculine, that is similarly as pathetic as always going on about them.
There are healthy, masculine, and productive // useful ways to convey feelings. And pathetic, needy, effeminate ways.
Thoughts are not distinct from feelings. When people tell you what they think, they can also, often, be telling you what they feel.

Are you just trying to sound cool? What shit is this? Saying "I feel like" is not effeminate. It's a way to soften speech so as not to be imposing on everyone. The work place is not a bar. You should not be trying to AMOG everyone all the time. The work place is for cooperation. If you're the boss, you get to be assertive. If you're not the boss, know your place. You can communicate without being too pushy or overbearing.
