You don't need a coach you need to get a grip, stop whining and lashing out, and adjust your mentality.
Your entire attitude sucks and comes fron a bad place. Build yourself up, don't beg other people to fix you. Only you can do that.
Like others have said asktrp is on the sidebar. But no one is going to hold your fucking hand and give you all the answers.
It's all going to come down to reading, executing, and adjusting yourself as you go.
