So I never heard of RedPill or Alpha, beta male lifestyle until the end of my freshman year in college. I accidentally stumbled upon it while looking for something else completely. The first site I visited was return of kings which I'm sure am all of you are familiar with. Anyways, as my post says I'm having a bit of trouble actually understanding the ideology because some of the points are conflicting such as:

Cheating Sports College/ Education in general Where you work

There's more but these are the few at the top of my head. It seems that every time I read something "Alpha" they're always judging other people for doing things they genuinely enjoy such as watching sports and doing fantasy football. Wouldn't it be more "alpha" to do whatever you want without giving a fuck what people say?

The double standard on cheating as well. I've read that as an alpha male you should deny if you are cheating and what not and if a male cheats it's all good but if a woman cheats she instantly becomes a slut if she wasn't one by default.
