Having been fully engulfed with inner game for the last 8 years, I’ve gone full circle on all the different types of self-improvement modalities that exist.
I’ve used everything. Reading. Lifting. Specialized diets. Meditation. Religion. Chakra balancing. Energy psychology. EFT. NLP. Hypnosis. Cognitive behavioral therapy. Psychomotor therapy. And more.
All of these things have improved my life in one way or another, and they have constructed components in my inner core that have made me into who I am today.
However, none of these things ultimately gave me the “baseline happiness” I was looking for.
When I was younger, after losing my girlfriend, my day job, my friends, all my money, and looking at homelessness, I decided to throw away the victim card forever.
By comparison, I now have a high paying job, plates to spin, my own business to run, money to spare, and plenty of possessions in my name.
Now, open your fucking ears and listen to what I’m about to say:
Everything around you is a direct reflection of who you are.
Let me say that again for clarification.
Everything around you is a direct reflection of who you are.
This post may include some rather far-fetched or "out of the box" thinking, but take with it what you want. There have been multiple studies done in quantum physics to establish relatively solid conclusions that our minds and emotions emit energy. Look up “Emoto’s Water Experiment”. Also, notice how a calm room filled with people somehow lights up when a high-energy person walks in. Energy is a real thing.
Like a circuit board, our negative thoughts act as resistors. Resist the energy, and there’s less flow.
Women find musicians in action attractive because the musician's love for music melts his ego away. The energy flows.
Rivers are blocked by rocks and logs, and when removed, the water begins moving again. The energy flows.
People are attracted others who can speak their minds, therefore making them more interesting and respected. There are no filters, no blocks. The energy flows.
There is no point in continuing the analogies. You get the point.
Here’s how I turned my life around completely:
Self-esteem. Self-love. And knowing how to actually acquire them.
Becoming a NATURAL alpha is more than plausible, it is absolutely doable.
Beta males have a difficult time “giving” to the world. But let me clarify, however, that “giving” (in this post) is distinguished in terms of giving energy, or allowing energy to flow. This means that speaking your mind, offering your opinions, knowing when to say “no”, and respecting yourself when disrespected, are all forms of “giving”.
If you have ceramic plate filled with juicy steak, mashed potatoes, delicious carrots and peas, but you haven’t eaten in three days, what’s the only way you’re not going to lunge yourself forward to eat it all?
If you’ve already been fed.
Hunger that is unfed will always be hungry. We are humans. We are hungry for love because we desire to feel safe, secure, and validated. It is usually up to our parents or guardians to provide us with the proper environment for us to grow emotionally healthy, but this doesn’t always happen.
Self-esteem is built upon three core components, or beliefs, rather:
-Destiny is in your own hands (internal sense of control)
-We are accepted. We belong. We are needed (sense of community)
-We are successful (sense of confidence)
Destiny is in your hands Imagine if you could literally (but realistically) do anything. You could become a millionaire. Become the CEO of your own company. Buy a Ferrari. Find a way to travel to several parts of the world. Realistically speaking, with perseverance, focus, time, and patience, you can do any of these things and more. Really visualize and imagine the power of being able to acquire anything you desire, and notice how that makes you feel. That’s REAL power, not sweet talk. It's real. You have the power to make change. It's very, very real.
You are accepted. You belong. You are needed. Without a sense of belonging, we can never feel grounded. Keep in mind, though, you being here on this earth at all means that you DO have a purpose. Perhaps you haven’t figured out what that purpose is yet, but you will, and (most) of you have family members or friends that would be deeply hurt if you died prematurely. These people love and accept you as you are. If you have no friends or family, there are 7 billion people alive and present, and there’s at least one stranger on this planet sending out their energy to you. You belong here. Even here on TRP, you belong here.
You are successful. Success breeds success, and success means confidence. If we can re-interpret our experiences as progress and/or success, we become more confident as a result. This means that ANY accomplishments you’ve completed deem you competent. If you are capable of learning, you are already competent. You can learn ANYTHING. Anything learned and repeated will lead to mastery. Anything. If your accomplishments mean you’re not living underneath a bridge, and you actually have a roof over your head and food on the table, then let that be an accomplishment. If you are good at math, mechanics, writing, languages, or sports, you have a skill that was learned over time. If your goal is to become more successful with the opposite sex, your confidence is guaranteed to build up with determination in the same manner your other skills were learned.
Combined, these three components give us something extremely valuable: A sense of importance and credibility.
The biggest reason why so many men (and women) have such a difficult time loving themselves is because they give themselves no credibility. Unconscious shame, guilt, and other negative thought patterns that were learned in early to late childhood lead us to believe we are not lovable. When we give ourselves merit, we are able to love ourselves naturally and effortlessly.
“When you love someone, the ego melts away. When you love yourself, the ego melts away.” –Osho
The only thing that’s left is pure energy, or essence.
Someone with “no ego” who loves themselves:
Does what they want. Doesn’t get jealous. Is open, friendly, and extroverted. Speaks their mind. Is more interesting. Remains calm when challenged or shit tested. Respects themselves.
All of these traits also happen to belong to natural alphas.
Try this: Remember the feeling of loving someone. Now remember the feeling of being loved. Notice how there’s very little difference in the way they feel. If you are able to do so, imagine sending love to yourself, and now imagine receiving it. If done correctly, if we send and receive our own love at the same time, something very fascinating happens
The ego melts away.
You forget about yourself, you feel connected with everyone around you, and you feel as if your body is dissipating into the rest of reality. It’s truly a remarkable feeling of expansive energy. If you've ever seen any of Simple Pickup's YouTube videos, they describe this state as "God mode".
All we are is energy. Everything is made up of atoms, and broken down further, atoms are just oscillating (constantly moving) waves of energy. Energy makes the difference between a needy/pussy beta from a giving Alpha who is (quite literally) resonating invisible energy, and all people (not just women) can sense this.
Side note: This may be a little far fetched in terms of TRP, but here’s a mindfuck for you. Ever wonder why you fall in love with someone who has the same sense of humor, the same hobbies or interests, and sometimes the same similar look as you? What I’m about to say obviously doesn’t apply to all couples. But by means of self-actualization, we are essentially looking for ourselves through the eyes of another person.
A few years ago I overheard a couple yelling at each other; the woman said, “I’m just drained. Why can’t you just let it go?!” And you could instantly see the desperate look on the guy’s face as he said, “Because I need you!”
Betas are takers. Alphas are givers.
“But I’m a nice guy!!! Why do women cheat on me, treat me like shit, and walk all over me when I give everything to a relationship?”
Because even though you’re doing nice things for her, you are not giving her THE MOST IMPORTANT PART that even makes a relationship in the first place: You. Your mind. Your essence. It takes TWO FUCKING PEOPLE to make a relationship. Your actions don’t count for SHIT if you are not fully present.
Nice guys don’t speak their minds. They hesitate. They lie to avoid conflict. They are selfish because they expect things in return when they do nice things for others, and that’s manipulation. They are battling against themselves constantly. They are not fully present in the moment.
If you work hard enough on the components of self esteem, you gain a sense of contentment, or “happiness”. THIS DOES NOT MEAN COMPLACENCY. Complacency is the death of self-improvement, and should never be endorsed. The positive contentment spoken of is a sense of comfort within oneself, and a safe place for us to improve from an angle of abundance, and not scarcity. Some men lift and enhance themselves because of the desire for validation from women, but sometimes this can reinforce already negatively acquired belief systems. In other words, lift because you want to be healthy as a priority, and not because you want to prove yourself to others. This is done through self-love, and is how we break the cycle of neediness.
Eating healthy, lifting, and making oneself better is a great thing, and will always be condoned. However, being positively content means there’s no longer a need for validation. You are now full. You are no longer hungry, and that means you’re going to continue getting fed even more.
When you unlock this expansive energy, you will completely change. Although no studies have been published, I'm convinced that self-love dramatically changes not only your body, but the physiological structures in the brain, as well. The nucleus accumbens, the pleasure-reward center in your brain (denser in highly extroverted individuals) is one of those structures.
People will want to be around you, girls will chase you, you'll meet more people, and you'll gain abundance in every area of your life.
All you have to do is feed yourself.
