At bottom TRP is a toolbox for self-improvement. Because the TRP readership skews younger and, of course, male, then it should not be surprising that sexual strategy is a common topic. Women are, generally, a lagging indicator of success -- someone may have written a recent top-lvl post about that cough-cough -- and, if you build it, they will come.

Beyond that life is about the journey, young men -- all men, really, but especially young men -- should be working on themselves. As a sexual strategy, that no doubt seems counter-intuitive, but that's because it's a "life strategy".

You are correct, however, as an older and newish convert to TRP, I see that most men, coming from BP conditioning, will want to make women thier top priority, until they fully unplug and understand the Life Strategy component.

Surely there is a place here, for thier education to begin...

The WHY matters. If one is doing a thing BECAUSE he thinks itll make women like him, well thats silly. If a man does a thing for its own sake - or simply because he wants to or likes to - he gets to enjoy being a genuine man.

Being a good, strong man is good for its own sake, but it just so happens that women dig healthy, smart, strong men.

TRP is about being your own you, but also improving yourself to be a better you. Some people see getting laid as validation that they're doing alright.

Yes the validation threads are some part of the sub, but some shit is general advice like working out or getting out of a shitty relationship.

I just consider it a no bullshit advice sub where everyone is honest because they actually want to do shit.

Getting women is a means to an end of self-improvement (I think i worded that correctly?) People are looking for something to achieve and for a lot of men it's that they're lacking sexual fulfillment in their life, which is arguably a human need. So they learn how to do that while also improving themselves. I don't think the desire to self-improve to achieve a goal is beta, though I understand where you're coming from - the mindset to achieve a task in such a manner can be poisonous. I think it's all about being reasonable and coming to terms with the fact that certain behaviors make people like (or dislike) us more, and emulating those behaviors until they simply become a part of our character while improving in bodily strength and health is why we're here.
