Mark thinks that a man who objects to the thought of having a long term relationship with a promiscuous woman is a weak, sexist beta with a scarcity mentality. He completely ignores the myriad good reasons for avoiding LTRs with such women like the plague, and he seems to think that overriding and reprogramming your instincts regarding that is a good idea.

To put it bluntly... Sure, the guy knows how to pick up women, and he does have some good advice on that point. However, I personally wouldn't take LTR relationship advice from a guy who switches girlfriends only marginally less often than he changes underwear. To me, that would feel about as smart as asking a feminist for relationship advice. And apparently he thinks a lot of feminist grievances are legitimate.

Mark said once that his site is not about pickup culture, while roissy and possibly roosh are all about pickup. I think it's the main difference
