In season one he was God mode, because he was red in a sea of purple. He was a DT frying up guppies in the shallow end of the pool, like Donald Blythe and the other reps and naive journalists and fuck-ups like Russo. He was on some Kobe level shit. Like Kobe taking down an entire WNBA team with one hand tied behind his back. This is why the first scene was kind of pandering to what the viewers enjoy seeing. Political buttfuckery where Frank always wins.

Season two, he graduates to the big leagues. The price of admission here is being a sociopath. From Raymond Tusk to Remy going rogue to that milfy bitch and so on, he was playing with sharper, smarter ladder climbers. Real stakes were at the table. Frank played to win, and he won, through combination of fantasy and brilliance and ruthlessness, he got the presidency. He nearly failed at several junctures, but he earned his W at the end of the day.

In season 3, he's a dude thrust into the highest office and pitted against other Gods - Putin or whatever his name was in the show. He is coming off a chain of successes, so he gets a bit delusional about his power. He has the subtlety of a bull in a china shop, and he thinks being addressed as president means he's Napoleon. He gets sloppy (like with the TERRIBLE handling of the alzhiemer's judge situation leading to 2 major adversaries joining hands (prosecutor girl and milfy girl). He loses frame with his woman and she starts to place her own goals above his and think "What have you done for me lately?" She forgets him becoming president is why she's even able to be where she is. The allude to the fact that Frank will be the one taking it, not giving it all out in s3 with that hilarious Colbert scene in the beginning.

So in that regard, I think the show is decently realistic. Power DOES go to your head; it's the truest cliche. If I fucked up some congressmen like Underwood did in s1 and s2, I'd believe I can raid fema to support some socialist/capiltalist monstrosity like America Works too.

Being RP or DT or whatever Frank is doesn't make you a GOD. There is always someone better. Power is a game of shifting chairs; watch Chinese politics for example. Billionaire businessmen use government as puppets to compete and overtake each other, and every once in a while, they gang up and have another billionaire executed. Frank forgot that great manipulators win over people, they win their hearts. They don't just force them to submit, because that wins you the battle, but loses you the war.

Frank is probably one of my favorite TV characters of all time, but I know he's headed back to where he came from. In a twist of cosmic irony, he's going to wind up as House Majority WHIP once again, a testament to the shifting circular nature of the power game.

I watched it for the first 2 seasons and stopped. It seems to me that the head writer did a fair job in depicting a sociopath, but his writing of women is all off. The women characters all seem like they have been written by a white knight blue pill beta type, and they all ring a bit hollow.

Why does it matter if media is red pill or not? Media has an author; a literal world designer, who can insert thoughts, force actions, and choose outcomes.

Redpill is a lens used to predict individual behavior on the basis of subconscious motivations that (we think) are fundamental to humanity as a sexually reproducing species.

It can also be used to analyze society, but that's the opposite of the intent; the intent is to focus on the individual, and hope to maximize their personal wellbeing.

So, when you ask "is media redpill," you're asking "is it reasonably realistic." The answer is no, because even if it is, it's probably not your context, as a person or geographically and no single case study is strong evidence, and media les for a weak case study.

that gay scene with him that they added just killed the character for me, wtf kind of bullshit is that ?, also the way he speaks is not a realistic way to communicate with congressmen, its just too condescending to lead to a serious discussion. basically the way people react to underwood makes him very alpha and dominant, however nobody would fucking react that way in real life to that patronising speach pattern.

Frank Underwood

55-year-old man who can go from exhausted, broken, depressed and sobbing on the floor to fully erect and ready to be ridden by his dried up wife of 30 years with no visual or physical stimulation required.

Women devour this fuckin show. Hollywood sure knows how to set the bar unrealistically high for men. I'm a healthy 30-something man and my penis would refuse cooperation under those circumstances with any woman, let alone one that I've been fucking for the last 30 years. Then we're told we have "performance anxiety".

Frank underwood has to act like this because of his position. He is truly alpha with how much able he can do while constantly being under the public eye. I only watched the first and part of the second season but didn't he kill that girl to get his point across? He is more machevillian than alpha with how he manipulates his situations to his favor. It would take some serious guts to not only plan out what he does so throughly but also execute.

Learning the red pill you shouldn't get stuck up on what an alpha is as there are many types. If you need help formulating an opinion or philosophy just look at many different historical figures and try to take traits from them. Some of mine are Frank underwood (planning and execution), Hitler(for his love of his country and white race), Kim Jong (very powerful and knows how to control the masses), Ayn Rand (her way of thinking), and Vlad Dracula.

Television and other forms of entertainment aren't real life and regardless of how well they are written they are primarily there to drive the status quo. In season 4 Frank is going to lose the presidency to his wife. That's the leaked script it's already out there if you look for it.

This would never happen in the real world. Your never going to have a democratic male front runner vs his wife as the republican front runner.

You should stop looking at scripted television or even writing for you definition of an alpha/beta/delta/omega.

Individual scene can display specific behaviours but characters are never complete in any television show and the narrative is entertainment not reality.
