aside: The posts on TRP seem increasingly cringeworthy
TL;DR ---> YOU NEED COPING SKILLS
The family support, stability, resources, academic completion including an MBA and early athletic and social success with women put you ahead of 97% of posters your age here.
Your post reads like the story of a "High School Hero", except that your heroic run has extended through the college years.
The problem is that you haven't HAD major setbacks until now and you haven't learned coping skills. It sounds like success has always been expected and nearly automatic for you.
Welcome to the real world where the bills have to be paid and your best efforts often fall on their face.
My advice is to read Tony Robbins "Unlimited Personal Power" and "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill. Then start reading more bios of actual successful individuals in business, and business philosophy. Try to visualize success.
In the MBA you've studied case studies of business successes, but do not seem to have learned about the personal characteristics and character of successful businessmen.
I think you've come to the conclusion that the MBA meant the world owes you a job, whereas in truth it's just a ticket in the door of the big game.
There's also something peculiar about your English, I can't put my finger on. You need to find out where the expensive education you've been purchased has just been a themed vacation and people buttering you up and clean up those deficiencies by teaching yourself and finding the resources you need.
This means you doing the homework and the pulling. Not saying I have an MBA, what can I get ? Be aware that the entire therapy and psychological counselling industry is chronically infected with Blue Pill/Gynocentric ideology and individuals and that it is very difficult to get appropriate help there as a man. They are happy to take your money to listen to, and your complaints and cultivate your self-pity.
Any woman you are pining over is statistically very unlikely to be in your life in any meaningful way in 10 years.

I have been told before that I am in the top 5% of men my age, simply because of the education, life, athleticism, and way I am as a person, however, you right - I did not receive the necessary coping skills to make it on my own. In summary; you are correct that my high school hero chapter ran into college and now has left me at a brutal state. I now understand how athletes and famous celebs suffer from depression and fall so quickly.
Yeah - Well said, that's been the case, but not because I just was given success, I was good at whatever I did. I played soccer every day my whole life at a high level from youth to college. I studied hard and passed my exams, my undergrad, and my masters. I worked for it - I am still working on it but nothing is paying off. The structure that I so used to is now gone and folded in half, I am on my own now and I don't know which direction to sail, I am rudderless.
Will order now.
My English is very proficient, however, I am writing very rushed right now and from my mobile phone from the RedPill app. Albeit, I find it funny my English grammar has been called into question on this post.
For everyone, or me from my post?

RE: 10 years
For Everyone.
None of us are special snowflakes.
You might also enjoy Peter Thiel's "zero to one", regarding formal education and types of business success and Iateral and vertical innovation. Get it from the library if you like.
Nothing said was intended to be a critique of your efforts. You have likely been successful till now because of genetics, situation and effort.
The challenge is to use these resources to be excellent in the next phase.
I too am on mobile and do not wish to be judged on grammar.

Look man that's a tough thing for anyone. I'm sure most of us can relate in a way of being on top of the world and then having it taken from us.
I dealt with the same thing in college I was the man. Same shit you talked about. Now I'm out in an LTR and the women don't throw themselves at me like they should.
Here's what I can say. Couple things. Your situation sucks but it won't be forever if you stop being a pussy and accept that things are going to be hard and you're going to have to put some work in to get where you want to be.
Set some goals to get a job. Anything for now. Go online and look how to improve your resume. Shit like that. And get a job. Any decent paying job to get out of the house. That shit at your age is the most depressing thing if you ask me.
Second. When you speak of your ex you're just acting desperate as hell no you shouldn't reach out to her. You have no reason to. Other than you feel down and you're looking for someone (her) to bring you back up and make you feel good about yourself and feel the void.
You need to find a fucking purpose dude. Find some hobbies. Try new shit. Find stuff you're good at and then try to make money from it.
Are you lifting?
[–]PranksterLad[S] 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link
Thanks man,
How did you handle everything?
It could be forever though dude if I Dont handle shit correctly. The worst part is I dont know WHERE I want to be. My dad puts so much pressure on me and he makes me feel guilty for being in his home.
I wont message my ex, just miss her. I am not lifting.
[–]1TrenGod370 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link
Well then you're not even doing the very first step of what you should be. You posted a while back and someone asked if you were lifting and then you asked if lifting is that important.
We don't say lift lift lift lift. Constantly if it wasn't important. And we're not asking you if you lift just for the fuck of it. We can tell. So yes. It's that important
Do you want help and are you willing to take advice or do you just want to hear yourself complain and have someone pity you?

I understand, I will be purchasing a gym membership the moment I settle down. The thing is I am in my parents house and then I go on the train to london in the middle of the week to play soccer with my team and then come home. The life i am living right now is not feasible, it isn't right. I need to figure out things. I don't even know where the fuck I want to be but I feel half and half in two countries.
I dont want pitty, I want a plan.
[–]1TrenGod371 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
Okay so here's your plan.
Step 1. You're going to stop making excuses. For everything. Everything is your fault. Everything is fixable or you will work around it. But it's all on you. And you're going to do what you have to.
Step 2. Get in the gym. Yesterday. Don't wait till the times right. And refer to step one before you say you don't have time. Or money. Or whatever nonsense. I work a full time job. Run a business . Have an LTR. Meal prep. Read. Do all kinds of shit and am in the gym 5 days a week.
Step 3. Write down some goals and stick to them. And continue to read
There you go. Now you figure out the rest

Okay, noted. Don't play victim.
Okay, I bought the book, dinosaur training. You have any other recommendations?
Can you help me with this. I dont know what I want or what I should be doing, im lost righ tnow.
[–]1TrenGod370 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
No I can't. How can I do that? Idk you. I was the same way. Just try new shit.
And every book in the sidebar.
[–]ichivictus0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Your goal should be start lifting and start your career. You're pissing away all the glory you built in your youth every second you waste.
Also you should avoid social media. Go monk mode. Avoid the internet and only focus on lifting, eating right, and making money. Never complain. Never talk about being lost or whatever. Constantly be busy improving.
[–]Kdknicker870 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
First you need to chill out. You're probably not going to get much sympathy here because so many have had to do more with much less. You're at a point that you actually have to make decisions on your own and be productive and it sounds like it terrifies you. A couple things I can say for sure; 1) If you have an MBA, figure out how to put some systems in place to generate income and move out of your parents house; 2) Make a plan and take action. A half ass plan started tomorrow is 10x better than a well thought out one started in two weeks. You will adapt. edit* spelling/punctuation
[–]PranksterLad[S] 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Hi man,
Thanks for the advice. How have people do much more with much less, I am not throwing a sympathy party, but I am at rock bottom right now. I am trying to figure things out, but nothing is working out.
I do have an MBA, but I dont know how to work it out.
If you have an MBA, figure out how to put some systems in place to generate income and move out of your parents house
What systems do you mean?
I am making a plan, I am applying and trying to figure things out but nothing is working out in my favor.
[–]woorkmaan 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Everybody's rock bottom looks different, and it's easy to feel like you're experiencing a unique pain that nobody else can fully understand, but honestly, there's people who hit rock bottom early in life without having the chances and opportunities you have had. Success is failing repeatedly with no loss of enthusiasm mate, just keep going
[–]PranksterLad[S] 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
So if I had to make a step by step plan for myself based on what you read; what do you suggest is next for me. I'm in my parents house by myself, it fucking sucks.

I saw a bit of myself in this, I had to rebuild a good portion of my life because of a horrible car accident (made the news). I lost my physicality, couldn't lift, I lost my confidence, didn't trust my driving (accident wasn't my fault). Lost the girl, lost my startup progress, lost my car, ect... .
Stop stalking people on social media, that shit gets you depressed. You aren't going to improve things because you're looking at people with better lives.
Get a gym membership and a social hobby. Lifting will give you more peace of mind. A Social hobby will get you friends, some of whom you'll keep for life. I play tennis as an example, it has easily gotten me twenty plus people to talk to every week. If soccer isn't working try something else man.
Don't play video games and don't isolate yourself. If you've fallen down get back up, don't sit on your ass, you are the only one who can fix your life. Do your interviews, go out take some damn risks in meeting people.
Forget the ex, she's your past not your future. There are a million plus better girls out there, you have looks, a career an education ect...
I'm telling you this from personal experience. In the space of 10 seconds I got set back months even years. I sat on my ass and played games, fucking waste of time. I acted depressed and stalked people on social media, fucking waste of time.
But you know what I replaced my car, replaced my stuff, finished my physical therapy went back to lifting, forgot the girl and now I'm ahead of where I was before the accident.
It's simple:
Don't Isolate yourself
Spend your time benefiting yourself
Be around the right people, whether it's church, University students, your gym buddies, be around people who make your life better and point you in the right direction. I personally surround myself with people who seek to improve and compete.
