"I"m the same as I was when I was six year old." - Modest Mouse
In myself and most people, there is a sense of ourselves that remains and is a sense of warmth within us. It dims when we act in a way that is counter our morals.
I'm not religious, and I think it is a physical phenomena, but it remains.
I would never change it based upon a list on the internet. I will take the general TRP advice and improve to become more of my own brand of alpha.
I dislike the posts here that basically advice to adopt a Cluster B personality disorder.
EDIT: clarity
EDIT: You might not realize this, but intelligent and perceptive people can spot this stuff and dislike it. And that is the exact demographic I'd most like the companionship of.

Truth, trying to be anyone other than your natural self, makes you a phony, and intelligent people can spot it.

Yep, they spot it because they notice incongruity.
"If something doesn't make sense, then it probably isn't true." - Judge Judy
EDIT: No one is good enough to be not genuine and never show incongruity to the people around them all the time. Just like no liar has a good enough memory to keep all their lies straight.

Fair enough.
I don't think inner child is accurate. It is a sense of self and what one values.

Machiavelli's philosophy was right for Machiavelli, and he is one of many great historical thinkers. I personally believe that when the shit hits the fan, no matter how many different philosophical systems you have studied and memorized and tried to adopt into your life, you only have your natural self to fall back and rely on.

Hi Friend!
I'm glad another brother has found help in studying of philosophy and applying it to every day life! I too have studied Machiavelli and looking over your points I see several I agree with whole heartedly while others I agree with some, and a few others I have to say are dangerous.
Machiavelli wasn't writing the prince to a large audience, in fact some scholars suggest he wrote it as satire. But there is no arguing that the Prince is an excellent hand guide for any ruler to conquest, conquer, and most importantly maintain control of newly conquered states. In fact the whole thing was a letter to his Prince, Lorenzo de Medici, to outline and detail how the principalities that made up Italy were in prime condition for unification of a greater Italian state, I mean the dude first introduced nationalism. Many scholars don't believe Machiavelli himself was Machiavellian.
Yes it is said that some of the most successful businessmen in the world are shining examples of Machiavellian philosophy. But no one likes those people. They ostracize everyone around them. I've tried many of the things you mentioned. Specifically with detaching emotionally and remaining cold. I lived that way a lot of my life and the more detached emotionally I was, the deeper into BP I sunk.
2,4,6,7,8,10,11,12,16 YES YES YES 100 times yes. I agree with these tons and have seen success in doing those things. Success not to be meant by "getting laid" but success in that I am happier, more free, and for the first time in a long time the future looks nothing but bright.
1 and 9 I agree with in a sense but I think 9 can be turned off and on depending on the people you're interacting with, stick with it as it will work but I think if you are interacting with the right people, that is not necessary.
3,5,13, and 14 seem dangerous. I imagine if there was a book titled #How to Lose Friends and Get People to Hate You# it would embody those ideals, but hey everyone is different.
Lastly, 3 and 4 as well as 8 and 15 seem to directly contradict eachother. I don't know how you can remain discreet and not attract extra unwanted attention while also being eccentric. Those who let their imagination reflect their style tend to stand out in a crowd. Maybe I'm misunderstanding?
To me a person who lives neatly and values order structure and organization can be much of a risk taker.
But those are just my two cents!! I bear no one ill will and quite the contrary just wanted to expand a little as not everyone is the same.
Cheers!

"Anything you implement into your social interactions will be rendered ineffective if you oscillate between having it on and off." In order words, its a just a false persona that you are putting on, rather than simply being your authentic, natural self. Why try to be someone you are not , just because girls don't like you? That is giving them too much power over your life.

But can it be applied to success with women?

if you actually had "enemies" you wouldn't be on TRP posting about it. you would be out there waiting in their bushes for them to get home. so much fake shit here on TRP today.

I thought it was about gaining power?

You should not fake things to get girls, you should change yourself to better yourself. "Being yourself" is a bluepill excuse to be a lazy fuck, who doesn't grow to be a man.
Bettering yourself is a myth. You can learn new skills, you can become an academic, you can go the gym and get huge and ripped, but that doesn't change your core being. It is far from being "lazy" to accept yourself unconditionally, it means you just don't give a fuck what people think of you, which takes a lot of courage.
