Actually, this article just sucked.

Maybe the sentiment in the first few lines is true for the boys who let women define them, but I don't think this has any value here.

I do not believe that women as leaders have the ability to see things as a whole. Putting aside the potential to become a leader for a second, the "base traits" of a man are far better suited to make strategic decisions.

I would rather have an editor who sits on my article for a few days, waiting for the right moment to release the article based on traffic, key words, current news stories, or some other measurable metric than one who spins articles based on how they feel.

Edit: If this framed men as workers who go out and create and women as negative feedback that does not lend itself to the project at all unless it is to subvert it... then I could agree more than its current form affords. I regret half-assed reading that thing at first. It's literally a manual for "Here is how to be a beta. Let women guide and shape the things you create with your hands" Fuck That.

I don't have a problem with his thesis, he just doesn't prove it, and certainly not the way he intends to.

I think what he wants to say is that men are the product and when they find a good women, she can add value to that product by adding femininity and therefore their committed relationship creates for both of them something neither can achieve alone.

What he actual says is that the approval/rejection process of men pursuing women reveals to men any deficiencies they have so they can fix it. It isn't until they've actually been refined that they get the women.

(And then the women takes from the man.)

Not sure what this has to do with sexual strategy. Of course women create. There are plenty of woman songwriters, painters and poets. There's no use in denying reality. And men refine. Engineering is essentially refining science.

Says who? If you look at any male inventor, it wasn't one stroke of genius. It was a hypothesis, and endless experimentation, tinkering, and refinement. Very little in the business world is right the first try.

This guy's proof for "women refine" is his random made-up anecdote in the beginning.
