Background: The girl, "A," has been one of my girlfriends for a few years. She hasn't heard from me in 8 months, when I criticized her a bit. She didn't want to be friends if we couldn't date, told me to call if I was ever in town.

A: Who's this?
zeny: zeny
A: Really great, you?
zeny: Pretty good on this end, just bored at work. Doing anything for xmas?
A: Going home for a day and a half, you??
zeny: Going home for 3 days, starting tomorrow. When you leaving? :)
A: Leaving Tuesday at noon [this means we'll be in the same place]
zeny: Let's go see the lights!
A: Well... I did go last night....
zeny: It'll be super cold too. I promised my father dinner. Want to stay in? I'll bring wine
A: Um, thought you found me reprehensible [sounds serious, joke]
zeny: I didn't get the memo! Someone's getting chewed out...
A: I vividly recall our last conversation, if you don't [too serious, ask "why"]
zeny: What about it made you think I dislike you?
A: I can't imagine what you actually like about me [is she fishing for compliments?]
zeny: Lots of things! Be more confident cutie :)
A: I like myself plenty [yes. and she's not dropping it]
zeny: Why can't you imagine what I like about you, then? Should be easy. Cute, brainy, sexy, easy-going. Your turn~
A: You're great in bed, fun, easy to talk to
zeny: Glad we like each other so much :)
zeny: So let's hang out tomorrow <3

in the morning:

A: No thanks, I'm not doing the meaningless sex thing right now [playing hard-to-get. joke]
zeny: Aw, when did our sex become meaningless? I always fucked you like i meant it~
A: Cute
A: I'm fine with just hanging out, but I assume that's not what you're looking for [excuse to see me]
zeny: Should I still bring the wine? [excuse to have sex]
A: Sure

She blew me a kiss goodbye when she left for work the next morning.
