Don't think of yourself as having been a beta your whole life when you're only 16. That's an absurd thought. Do you really think you were a beta because you spent saturday mornings in your underwear playing video games from ages 5-10? That's what 5-10 year olds do.
As far as being behind for your age, you're not. You still have another year of high school (which you will find out once you leave for college and beyond, high school matters extremely little). Try and get with a girl or two, but I'd suggest using this last year of high school to really flesh yourself out before freshman year of college.
Take pride in how you look. Don't be a shlub, don't have scraggily neck hair, don't wear sweat pants or ninja turtles tshirts (in public). Have a good hair cut. Work out. you said you're doing cardio, that's good. Introduce weights to your routine, build some muscle definition. Don't eat garbage. Don't spend too much time in virtual reality (jerking it or playing video games). These are pretty obvious things if you want to maximize your potential.

I still play video games alot, it's something I always enjoyed and alot of my freinds I talk to also play everynight. That's fine and all but I've been trying to discover better hobbies, since fun with video games are starting to fade, I usally just get on to be social with freinds in parties, besides excersizing I'd like to find a few other hobbies besides video games and smoking weed a few times a day. I need something self developing and something that will boost my confidence and help me with life. I'm 16 but I don't have my license yet (which really doesn't help socially). I also don't know what im going to do after highschool, like you said work on myself being a college freshman, I've looked into colledges, trade schools and other options, but I don't know if college is right for me, my biggest intrested right now is going to learn how to be an electrician at an apprenticeship school, because I cannot stand school settings, and don't want to work a desk job 9-5, I want to go out and have a hands on job to keep me busy, and eventually owning a bussiness one day. But if I did that I would miss out on all the social things about colledge, that I think would help since I'm not very social in highschool. I'm afraid after highschool I will socially downfall from not being around people all day, and the thought of being isolated besides going go my job everyday depresses me.

Video games are okay if its just a hobby taking up like an hour a day (or you do it professionally). Many people let it get out of hand though. Don't be that guy that's playing Call of Duty or Fallout from 10PM till 7AM the next morning, binging on Redbull and slim jims. It will make you look and feel tired, lazy, worthless, and unaccomplished. Stay away from MMORPGs generally as well. That shit is a never ending abyss.
That isn't to say rid yourself of liking anything geeky. I love geeky things, but they aren't what define me and I balance out those things with other non-geek things. I sing and play several instruments. Look into picking up guitar.
As far as college goes. If you know it isn't for you then don't waste the money going. Do you really want to go 200 thousand dollars into debt just so you may have a chance to work on some TRP technique? If you want to be an electrician, then trade school sounds like the path for you and that's great. It'll be difficult to meet girls if you go this route. You won't have a campus full of women to approach, you won't have a college clique to go to parties with, no frats, etc. etc. It will be difficult. You can try online dating, but being that you are very young that will be difficult as well. It also sounds like you would need a lot of work to maximize an online dating profile to give you a decent shot. Although I'm not really sure how many under 18 there are on these sites or if thats even a thing. And once you hit 18, your female 18 year old peers will be looking for older guys.
The best thing you can do, is to immediately start maximizing your SMV however you can. Work out and eat healthy is the first choice. You're only 16, did you take the SAT's yet even? You can get in a whole year of working out before your high school graduation, you could have a fucking 6 pack by then. Here's a nice little nugget, the better you look and the more physically attractive you are, the more stupid and geeky things you can be into and girls won't give a shit. If you look like Brad Pitt do you think a girl will care if you play video games all day?

I'm not into geeky things really, just have been into video games since I was 4. And all differant kinds. I don't take this out of the game and buy video game paraphernalia, and t-shirts and shit. Like I said my intrested towards video games is really fading, I just go on to talk to old freinds. Also I've played guitar and use to love it and learned alot but somehow got out of it. I don't know what im doing outside of highschool buy I'd like to have a better chance with girls when I get out of high school since all thr girls here are into older guy, black guys, or just guys from other schools with the exception for 1 or 2 guys. So I'd like to have some good memories and a good education to have a good job when im older, I think I'll be able to be successful since I've always been good with money since a very young age, and have a good work ethic since I've been working since 12, and done other jobs outside with my dad.

Read the sidebar. Do bodyweight exercises. You can do this.

80 percent of males are beta, don't feel bad. Also, I'd say half of these scrubs on here are just uber delta males who hate women cause they have Zero success with them.
You are so young and have manhood right in front of you. You haven't even begun to hit your prime. To score poon at your age you need to-
1) Be a jock 2) Join a band and/or sing and play guitar (women love men who sing and front bands) 3) Deal weed, yep politically incorrect but in HS all the guys that could score drugs and alcohol always got the bitches. I'm not advocating for you to deal drugs tho, I mean just have potential connections.
No gym. No problem. You can do push-ups and sit ups and attain the Golden Ratio male physique. Especially at your age!
Lastly, don't sweat the High School bullshit, it really does get better. Trust me.

I really hope it does get better, my highschool is full of immature little shits, im really hoping to self improve over the next 2 years, and I can get the hell out of there, and on with real life.

Most of the popular kids from my HS class peaked in HS. They stayed in the same town and did the same job and same routine over, and over and over. Many are complete blue pill who got some ho knocked up young and married before 25. Many are fat and have male pattern baldness. These were the supposed studs in HS that hot all the high end poon.
I didn't lose my V card till I was 18... Wasn't the uber stud in HS.
I smashed 7 chick's last month alone, I'm 24, make 96k a year, drive a Shelby, own my own home, have a 49 inch chest and 31 inch waist, not married, self employed, smash tons of puss.
I was a shy guy in HS, again. I didn't lose my V card till end of my Sr. year and I never really had a GF in HS.
Now I smash puss and live my own life.
It will get better for you. You just gotta get through HS and out of that place/town.

I started browsing this subreddits about 4 months ago reading up on things.
And yet doesn't know how to use the askTRP sub.
Didn't know there was such a thing.
[–]Senior ContributorNightwingTRP0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
It is on the sidebar, and in the rules post - (again, on the sidebar. In fact it's the first thing on the sidebar after the definition.) I believe this offence now gets you a temp ban or something like that.
Seriously, delete this post and go to askTRP. You can get all manner of specific advice tailored to yourself from there.

Despite what is often preached on this subreddit, bench pressing and barbell lifting is not necessary for a good athletic looking body. What you need is a very low bodyfat percentage, a healthy (please count your fucking calories) and varied diet and to do an abs routine 5 times every 2 days. You should lift for strength (8 reps, 5 times each) with dumbbells (you can buy additional weights) to get stronger doing mostly Military Press and Bicep Curls as these are the best imo. This should get you a firm sixpack, good arms and shoulders and if you like you can do squats and shit to get good looking calves. Keep running and doing cardio. In highschool, just looking good and being confident enough to hold a conversation and escalate using kino is enough, no need for bullshit lowkey flirting and all that, just escalate isolate escalate to kiss and you got a girl, keep her around for a while as your girlfriend, fuck her after a month and move on.
[–]Treedude2015[S] 0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
The hardest part for me is holding conversation or starting one with people I don't know, I try to talk to everyone I can but sometime si don't have the balls to just come right out and talk about shit, and fear of saying something stuiped, communication sometimes comes hard when im nervous, becuase I will look at the ground or touch my face or slur my words, I always try to improve that but I don't know how and it's hard with low confidence. Also I don't know how to have any intimate conversation besides smalltalk, I feel that none of my conversastions go anywhere with guys (as in freinds) or girls (as in a fuckbuddy). But really I've been trying I just need a little push i guess. Also what is kino? I've noticed it on the sub but don't understand what it is.
[–]skaffentoe0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Kino is touch. Touching women makes them get all tingly, touch her shoulder when you laugh with her, guide her somewhere with your arm on her back, when you stand still talking stand very close breaking her personal space, where she slowly gets used to you being so close.
Looking at her eyes (just focus on one eye, best option) will stop you from getting nervous. Apart from that you need frame bro, read up. Frame is veryyyy important, it's your treatment of yourself whereas game is your treatment of others. Read the sidebar articles.

Get used to making and holding eye contact. Make them break it first. Smile when you look at them.
Also make a habit of just saying hi to everyone. Cool kids, hot girls, rejects etc. "Hey. How's it going?" And keep walking. Then it will become much easier to talk to everyone. Tell a girl she has nice eyes. Or "great ass" smile and walk away. Who cares?

You don't need a gym to work out. Do pushups and situps. There are whole systems of workouts you can do without a gym. You know Marcus Allen (NFL HoFer) never lifted weights.
So to develop your confidence with girls, do a KAMIKAZE NIGHT. Only don't do it just on one night. Start doing it all the time. TRY to get rejected. Find out where that boundary is with each girl. Keep going until she says NO, or stops you.

Push ups, sit ups, pull ups, calastetics, yoga. Lots of ways to build muscle with no gym

I'm 44. I would trade anything to have TRP when I was 16. My entire life would have been different.
But I have it now. I agree with others about working out. Do pushups, sit-ups etc. Keep running.
You're in the perfect position right now. You have a few years to plan what career you want to do. Learn business and open your own company? Learn a trade like programming or engineering? Become a consultant? What type? Etc.
Focus on yourself. Not others. The social connections you make in HS will die when you graduate. Same with college. But use the time to understand social connections. How can the people around you benefit you?
Game women but have a total IDGAF attitude. Even if they bad mouth you. You're the prize. So carry yourself like it but don't try to bully others or AMOG.
Remember. Nothing that happens in HS matters. Except grades. Nothing else. Friends, enemies, rumors, girls, reputation etc.
Have fun. Pay attention but have fun and learn.
I agree with what you say with the idgaf attitude and basically hold yourself with confidence, but I feel wierd doing it after all these years I've known these kids now I just suddenly change, I don't know I usally keep to myself, but with Trp I've been slowly manning up to talking to new people, but it still needs work, I love being social but don't know how to break the ice talking to strangers yet.
Since you share a common interaction you can make that work for you. See someone in the hall? "Hey do you have Mr. Johnson for English? No? Ok." Smile and walk away. "Hey are those new sneakers? Where'd you get them?"
It doesn't matter what you say. Even saying hi. Walking past someone and say "hi" or "how's it going?" As you keep walking.
