You need to read. Read some the classics, read historical biographies. This is the deep reading and meditation to do each day.

Become familiar with current events, sports, music and celebrity news by scanning headlines and reading just a paragraph or two (unless it really interested you) in order to get the basics of the story. You will see themes and patterns you can apply and discuss with others. I can do it in less than 15 minutes a day.

The idea is to round out your real knowledge with trivial info that will make you more interesting to speak to. Most women... and men... don't want deep subjects in general discussions.

When a woman starts yakking about some singer, you can reply with authority and knowledge. The idea is to be all things to all people. Then when timing is right you move to deeper subjects.

I use it to generate conversations. Milk each letter for as much conversation as you can before moving on to the next letter. This is designed so that the least is required of you, and you allow her to talk about herself, but you're in control of the conversation by controlling the topic. Could be used to chat up dudes, too, but why bother?

Family, ask where she's from and where her family lives, bros and sisters. Nationality, heritage, etc...

Occupation, how does she make her money. What's it like working in that field. I bet you have to deal with a lot of [insert noun] there. What education is required? This could lead to "where did you go to school? how was it there?" etc...

Recreation, sports, hobbies, shopping, gambling. Like to go hiking? Ever been [insert verb]? etc...

Dreams, what do you want to do? What's your plans? Where do you want to live? etc...

I can tell by your writing style that you think in small "chunks" and when people hear that uneven dialog they tend to not get involved with it.

You need to become smooth in thought.

The word is "pedantic". (describing your present impression)

What you need is some fun, some boldness in thought.

You don't need a huge vocabulary, but you need to use the few words you know with passion.

Reading real things as is recommended here on Red Pill (read serious stuff) and it will make you more interesting.

I used to be a Java programmer and it was all I thought about all day. All my conversations in some way referenced the Java language or programming in general. It made me rather dull.

You need to learn to fail. Failing doesn't Mean that you have lost. It just means that you're one step closer to your goal .

I can tell that you are a perfectionist and everything must have "full control " as you said. You will never have full control of any relationship type situation. You can only be willing to walk away, which gives you the upper hand.

If you are the king of boredom, become more interesting. Find a hobby that you like . Something like hiking, reading, and you need to hit the gym. Being physically fit will instantly make you more confident and more approachable.

Start talking to more people in real life. It will give you the confidence to talk to the girl that you're interested and when the time comes. Just talking to people on tindr is not the same thing as talking to people in real life. You will be able to control your laughter that you are so embarrassed about.

Take some time off work and go travel. It sounds like you work too much. That will not be attractive to women unless you are a millionaire.

Most importantly, Stop giving a fuck about anything. Just remember that nobody actually cares about anybody else except for themselves. The more you give a fuck, less approachable you are because you're insecurities are obvious.

Comfortably and standards is what you need for social skills it helps to feel it. Think as you are thinking in your mind and let the words flow. Of course this is easier said than done and takes practice, however I found the more comfortable and interested I'm in the topic the more I'm able to talk.

I was able to bring discussion I had in reddit with a circle of friends and they all said I made a good points.

Now here is the thing, don't force it, I remember believing I had to say a lot of things to get friends, than I notice the alpha and popular kids sometimes wouldn't even open their mouths, they only spoke if they felt they should.

Case in point, I was shoe shopping with some friends, I know nothing about shoes, but they were into it, than they said you are quite today.

I said, "I Don't know anything about shoes, not really my scene, I'm more into games in computers I'm a huge nerd, did you try the new star wars"

And it went from there, In my specific example I used how i was truly feeling, I play video games a lot, I diffused(Look up the term in a social context), the negative of being a nerd by simply loving myself.

Be careful not to make a mistake like this,

"I have social anxiety"

I have seen girls say this, and have considered saying it myself but I found saying negative things never helps me and only hurts me.

So say what you enjoy and what interests you. If all you do is play video games speak about fantasy

I once just randomly blurted out , "I really want to fight, anyone know any fight clubs", interestingly enough this is how I got into MMA and found a underground fight club

So talking about your dreams and hobbies you haven't even develop yet is helpful.
