SUMMARY: Discovered the insidious nature of women one year ago today.

Today is the day. The one year anniversary of me discovering the true, insidious nature of hypergamy. Of women. She left me, with no remorse, in a cheap, North Dakota motel room on a rainy day. Her reasoning? "No sparks." "No fireworks".

This is a girl I knew as a kid. I met her when I was 14, and she was 12. For 8 years we had not seen each other, but I got in touch with her in January of 2014 through facebook, and we started talking everyday on the phone. We were now 22 and 20, respectively. We formed a long distance relationship, and on June 29th, 2014, I arrived in North Dakota to see her. Let me take a step back real quick...

I met Myranda when I briefly stayed at her house in 2006 because her mother, Mona, was a good friend of my mother’s. We were staying there for the weekend, after having just been kicked from our house due to financial troubles. This was an eviction, something which at 14, I didn't understand, nor wanted too. I had never thought that money is, yes, the most important thing we need for survival and shelter. My family had been stuck out in the rain, with just a car and our belongings, with no end in sight. It wasn't just the usual Washington rain either. The rain seemed to mock us with its intensity, as if each drop of rain was a finger pointing at us and laughing.

It poured down hard on the sidewalk, splashing my face as I stood in place, hoping this was a dream. My mother was crying, while I stood in shock as several police officers came in and out of the garage, each with more belongings. The process of the eviction was headed by the owner of the house, a short Asian woman with a blank expression on her face. It was just me, my little brother, and our mother. Our step father had gone away for a while. The options running low, my mother's last resort was to call her friend Mona for the time being and touch base later about where to go next.

When we were being evicted, that rainy day in 2006, I had no idea what was going on or why. Who was paying for the rent in the first place? My mother and step father? Just my mom? Just my step father, Bob? I was only 14. I am however, thankful of the first place we stayed after this, because finally, I didn't have some fake father figure breathing down my neck with expectations that I wasn't sure could be met.

We gathered all our belongings, and headed off to Mona's. I was scared, and unsure of how much I was going to like it there, even just for the weekend. I gazed out the window in the back seat of the car, as we drove to her old friend’s house to stay the weekend. The only thing my mother did not tell me is that-- Mona had a daughter.

And thus, I met Myranda and we hit it off real well. We were inseparable, the two of us. We only spent the weekend together, but we were already best friends. We were both crushing on each other.

Fast forward to June 29th, 2014. I was skinny, hadn't been eating well on the trip over to see her. I had lost muscle. Of course, she noted this. We fooled around very briefly, I even went down on her first. Lack of food was making me feel malnourished, so I decided to go get some food while she insisted she wait in the motel room. I gave her free use of my laptop so she could listen to music.

I returned, and we didn't have sex. I could also sense something was off. She got up, and simply told me, "I think I'm gonna go." I noticed the song "Drops of Jupiter" by Train had been playing on my laptop when glancing the youtube history.

She gave me a hug, and I asked for her reasoning. She said there were "No sparks." "No fireworks."

And she walked out. I bawled like a little bitch for the remainder of my stay in Minot, North Dakota. And then somehow, someway, I discovered The Red Pill.

I haven't looked back since.
