SSRIs have pretty wide ranging effects, though anorgasmia is a more frequent one than lowered libido.

Get your GP to test your testosterone and maybe free testosterone and LH/FSH levels. Pretty standard tests and hypogonadism is more prevalent than one would think.

As a 19 year old with a sex drive that will flare up over nearly anything, I think you should be happy that your's is so low. Unless you have someone special who wants you to be raring to go at any time, I think you should use this as a time of self improvement and self inspection.

Use this time to get in great shape

Study and make money doing what you love

Meet like minded people

After all that you should look into your lack of appetite, if I could get away from my own sexual appetite for more than a day or two my productivity would increase tenfold...

Nourish blood and foundational yin essence. Start a daily QiGong practice. Or yoga, if you prefer. This will also help with your sex drive.
