People are going to tell you to read the sidebar, and yes you should, but I would start with No More Mr Nice Guy

Hit the sidebar, even if you've even read it all before. Make notes on it if you have to. Every couple of months even when my life is going blissfully well I re-read the sidebar to help internalise TRP.

Read the Side Bar.

But first and foremost, remember that you are not just a male but you have to be a man. I have been there before. After you read the sidebar you will have a clearer idea of what is to be a man and realize that the first cardinal offence is paying this LTR/girl too much attention. Men have greater purposes of which flourishing is one of them. These are all roadblocks, impeding your journey to manhood.

Start with The Book of Pook. Skip straight to lesson one, and read all fifteen lessons. They are short and you'll be able to finish before you leave work.

By the way, I went through your feels, man. Breaking up with a LTR took me way out of alpha mode, and I lost a ton of gym time and weight during that transition.

Use the anger. Use the hate to fuel your drive to be better than you were when you met her. Remember who you were when you attracted her, and double up on that.
