One week into the red pill and I've already noticed changes

First, I want to start by saying congrats on finding this sub and improving your life. I'm happy to hear that you're heading in a direction that you can be happy with.

Second, I just want to say that it's best to slow your roll. It's only been a week, and you're already making major changes in your life. As great as those changes are, it's possible for you to crash and burn.

It's okay to focus on improving your gym life one week, and then focus on your work the next week. Really focus on placing some roots in the positive habits you want to develop, instead of jumping into the deep end of the pool with every section of your life.

Remember, it's the turtle that wins the race. Slowly develop some consistent habits and good luck on your goals.

Slow down man. I've noticed people who dive into the red pill are stupid assholes because they want to be "alpha"

Take your time and improve yourself little by little. That'll give you better results.

Congratulations on the beginning of your journey. However, know that this is only the beginning. Don't expect yourself to be killing shit only a week in. Also, don't think that you've already internalized all RP concepts just because you've read them. You won't internalize anything until you actually EXPERIENCE the truth.

Basically, don't underestimate the grind, and don't overestimate yourself. Good luck!
