Of course, he doesn't call dread game by the same name that we do, but he outlines the necessity of hitting on chicks even when he has an exclusive girlfriend:

Keep in mind that Patrice is a large fat black man. While his stature certainly plays a part in his overall attractiveness, his physical appearance is not what springs to mind when chicks think "sexy". It's his attitude, namely, his confidence in the fact that he can get women, that keeps his lady interested. The "smell" he speaks of is likely the way he behaves in front of his girl which gives off the vibe that he could easily get pussy elsewhere.
