I'll start this off by saying that I am by no means the "end all alpha". I consider myself to be constantly learning the philosophy located in this sub.

I served four years in the Marine Corps and worked construction after that. I now work in an all male environment (Still construction and technical field) that has just recently added its first female employee.

My question is this, would the sub be interested in the viewpoints I've gathered from these almost exclusively masculine fields and the closest thing to RP workplaces that today's society has and the effect of the introduction of a woman to my most recent workplace?
