So, I know the vast majority of this sub is strictly against marriage, and I'm not too keen on it myself. My question concerns why prenuptial agreements aren't discussed more? Plenty of RP folks say "fuck marriage" but then get married. I feel like it would do the community good to warn people to get them.

Absolutely no man should get married without one. In fact, whichever possible spouse has substantial assets, especially ones that can appreciate, should get a prenuptial.

I have seen a few posts where people say they get struck down all the time, bit is there a source for this? I worked for a family lawyer for a year, we dealt with tons of prenups, and I never saw one get struck down. I saw one that was partially modified because the woman had contributed significantly to an asset that appreciated in value.

Am I missing something in TRP philosophy? You don't raw dog even if the woman says she is std free and on the pill, and you don't get married with a lawyer made prenuptial.
