Question to you fellow RPers: How does not having a career affect your ability to be "the man"?

I don't have a "career." I do whatever the fuck I want.

Be an entrepreneur and then you don't need a "career" or a "job." At the same time, always be willing to dig ditches.

It would probably hurt your confidence a little bit, though to be a true man you gotta want that shit in life. You have to want to better yourself cause women eat that shit up.

Here is what makes you attractive in this context:

Being famous, even if just within your industry.
Making good money.
Being the boss.

The closer you are to those ideals, the sexier you are to women, all else being equal. On the flipside, the further you are from those ideals, the less sexy you are.

Work at a store currently. I don't have much money. Don't have a car at the moment. However I am trying to better myself now. My confidence and social skills have gone up after starting to read the red pill.

I currently am talking to 3 girls. And just got done spinning a plate of a girl who was engaged to a dude who has a pretty decent job and is headed somewhere in life.

Even when you're not exactly set in stone in life and on the right path you can still get girls and get laid. However don't let that be an excuse to not try and push for a better life and to better yourself.

It's always best to focus on yourself and your career and working out and getting hobbies. Then putting girls after that.

its the journey, and not the result.

it doesnt matter where you are in life. take the gym for example. its about doing some exercise, its not about being ronnie coleman or the end results.

just increase your skills, take care of yourself, live for yourself and follow your goals. this is alpha behaviour.

having finances help you get women enormously, but having money/women is not alpha, these are just possessions. alpha is about who you are and how you act.

you can have a great career, tons of cash, look like arnie, and still be beta as fuck,

For approaching, a rough manly career is the best, and being a hobo or a mooch is second best

For starting a family, a cushy yuppie career is the best, and a nerdy technical career is second best

It's a rather inconvenient dichotomy

I own my own business. I feel it helps a lot now that I'm alpha. When I was beta not so much.

Basically instant status + money. Only thing I can fuck up is looks/personality and I did fuck that up magnificently.

Anyways it helps you a lot in all parts of life. Especially if it is your mission.
